The wonderful hotel, the restaurant excellent and very beautiful city of Santiago. The next few days free to take back to Santiago and at the same hotel. |

Very good. Not the typical city hotel is like staying in a different era in the city. Also have more amenities that some five-star hotels. I give it a ten. |

I have only good words about the hotel and the people working on it. It is a very nice hotel, quiet and in the old part of the city, which means that you have everything you need to visit in Santiago to five minutes. return to Santiago and the same hotel |

The hotel is very nice with all amenities. the receptionists are very nice because I lost the luggage at the airport and they always helped me with my problems of language, and I thank you for everything. |

The hotel was very impressive. Beautiful senery, wonderful rooms, cheap restaurant for hotel guests, very very outgoing staff...aimed to please 125%...we were very excited about the hotel and in general had a very pleasant, relaxing time. The hotel was very close to all the main attractions in Santiago, bars nearby, something for everyone. The room was romantic and we felt we were very spoiled! Only very positive comments to leave about this hotel and staff. |

having a galeria/covered balcony made this hotel for us and I also loved the art nouveau and older style woodwork around the hotel. The meats and cheeses at breakfast were the tastiest we had anywhere in Spain carrying our heavy bags uphill from the parking as there was nowhere to pull up right outside the hotel |

It is centrally located so very convenient for bars, restaurants and transport. Excellent restaurant in the hotel and good breakfasts The hotel itself had a quiet ambience but outside it was noisy at night.and well into the early hours. - traffic on the busy main road outside, very noisy students revelling in local bars until 4.00 a.m. and then the market opposite setting up . Didn't manage to get much sleep! I am aware that these are all factors outside the hotel's control but they did affect our stay. |

Das Hotel an sich ist ein wunderschönes Gebäude, sein Innenhof und sein Ausblick von der Cafetaria sind herrlich. Die Dame am Empfang war die mit ihrer Freundlichkeit, Schnelligkeit und Kompetenz eine wohltuende Ausnahmeerscheinung auf unserem Urlaub. Nicht nur dass sie ausgezeichnet Englisch gesprochen hat, konnte sie sogar Deutsch. Die Zimmer gehen auf eine sehr laute Seite hinaus (zumindest unseres, die Nr. 111). Das Fenster ist kaum über den Köpfen der vorbeigehenden Fussgänger. Und da offensichtlich die Strasse ein Schulweg ist, ist es bereits am Morgen sehr laut. Auch der Strassenlärm ist die ganze Nacht so laut, dass man nur mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen kann. Daher keine Weiterempfehlung, sonst müßte man es unbedingt empfehlen. |
