Character and history of hotel. Gardens and pool area were particularly attractive. Ample parking. Relaxing, quiet location yet conveniently situated for the town and port. Unable to access wifi in our bedroom despite being provided with an access code. |

Beautiful hotel. The food was gourmet cooking. Staff were available and accommodating. No room service for meals. No spa. Poor maintenance of mini golf course, and paddle tennis equipment. |

We were moved, at our request, to a very nice room at the end of a hallway with an alcove window. Wonderful! We will definitely return to this old, graceful hotel. Yes, the included half board was an adequate buffet however stafftaff began cleaning tables and linen before people were done esting. We complained but received a shrug in response. Only thing we found negative at this lovely hotel. |

Hotel grounds were well kept. The quality and choice of the meals was excellent and very good value, for the half board option. The cleanliness of the room. The wardrobe was dirty and it had been some time since anyone cleaned under the beds. The beds were uncomfortable and had only one rather flat pillow each, however the bathroom was very clean. |

Good breakfast, with a lot to choose from. The decoration / accomodation is terrible. The single rooms are very small. A refurbishing work would be very welcome! |

The buffet breakfast spread was very good and enjoyable. Free internet access available in the business center. If your walking, there is a long driveway up to the hotel. |

We liked the relaxed atmosphere, and the excellent choice of food in the Buffet restaurant. We liked the hotel decor and layout and found room 353 particularly comfortable. We felt very strongly that the price of the room safe was far too expensive at 25 euros per week. Our only other concern was regarding the bath. As is is narrow and flush to the wall, there is nothing to hold onto when getting in or out. In addition the bath is also very slippery. |

Superb value for money. Very nice hotel. Half-board is convenient as there are no restaurants near the hotel. Location near the ferry port. The buffee dinner was quite basic (although definitely worth of its price), the location as such is not very exciting but it is great spot to expore near-by more interesting areas. |
