Convenient location--close to Prado, Botanical Park and Metro. Room size was generous for city hotel and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Perfect for a 4 day getaway in Madrid. Stayed on upper floor with inner courtyard windows and experienced no noise or distractions. |

I loved the location-right by all the museums and the botanical gardens. The beds were extremely comfortable and for very little we were able to upgrade with a terrace. The rooms and bathrooms were modern and very nice. Staff a little busy to be really helpful. You had to pay for internet and parking was a little difficult to get into the parking structure. |

Location was pretty good, parking was right under the hotel, and it was very nice, clean and modern. Internet was 12 euro per day but was very fast and easy to use. |

Good location, Atocha & Anton Martin metros nearby, Queen Sofia Museum across road, very very near to Retiro Park, within walking of Central, La Latina etc if you don't wish to use Metro, lots of bars/tapas in back streets nearby. Great to explore. Great hotel. Contemporary decor. Great bathrooms and beds. Luggage room to store bags if your flight doesn't leave till late afternoon / evening. No bar area after 11.30pm, and security let you in after this time (not a bad thing). |

This hotel was older but seemed to be well-kept. Our two rooms were on the fourth floor and faced an alley, one having a view of a blank building wall and the other a beautiful flower-filled balcony. Both were very quiet for the location in downtown Madrid. It may be difficult to get a room with an actual double bed. Most seem to be two twins pushed together. |

Everything was spotlessly clean. The shower pressure was as close to a fire hose as you can legally get! |

The metro station is very close to the hotel. The room is relatively good. I was waiting to speak with the receptionist for 15min every time I was in need of something. The room was too noisy. For sure next time I will choose another hotel in Madrid. |
