Zeer goede ligging Inkomhal en gangen waren smoezelig. Overal kapot vast tapijt. .De verwarming kon niet aangezet worden wat op een frisse dag toch aangenaam is in de badkamer, waar trouwens geen radiator aanwezig was. Ik veronderstel dat daar vloerverwarming was. |

The staff was friendly and helphul. The hotel is located close to the old city center. Good value for money. There is no air condition in the rooms and in summer it could be rather hot. The square in front of the hotel is quite noisy during the night. |

The location is excellent. Close enough to the Cathedral and not too far away from Railway Station. Rooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water etc. Breakfast not too bad value at 6 Euros although there are plenty of cafes etc close by |

really dignified ,courteous staff,great location for Cathedral,Old Town and all the shops also fantastic value.! Nice and cosy during inclement Easter weather. The hotel is probably due some renovation as it was a little old-fashioned but the price and location were very good. |

Proximity to the old town centre and a fair price. No aircon in rooms, very old fixtures, fittings and furniture. But then again the price is low. |

L'estrema cortesia del personale e la disponibilità verso tutte le nostre richieste. Le camere sulla piazza risentono del rumore del traffico cittadino. |

Sólo me ha gustado la situación del hotel y la gente que estaba atendiendo en la recepción. La habitacion, la moqueta, la tele que estaba casi pegada al techo, el ruido que había del exterior, no había aire acondicionado... Si tuviera que recomendar el hotel solo lo haria por la situación de este, además si fuera una larga estancia no lo recomendaria... |

Su personal de la recepción y una de las señoras de la limpieza. También la limpieza del baño. Que sea Verano y no tuviera aire acondicionado, suponiamos que era así y tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas, soportando el bullicio de los autobuses y de los de la juerga de toda la noche. La habitación hay que pintarla.Estaba descuidada |

ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo,ovviamente non aspettatevi un 5stelle extralusso ma la posizione è comoda e centralissima il palazzo fuori è brutto ma le stanze sono buone e lo staff cordiale..per quel che si paga ci ritornerei senza dubbio! |
