Bien localisé pour découvrir le centre ville. Personnel très serviable. Pas de climatisation opérationnelle dans la chambre, hôtel assez bruyant. La chambre que nous avions était très sombre (donnant sur une cour intérieure). |

The hotel has only one strong point: it´s place near the city center and the night zone. The rest is indifferent. If your room is front of the elevator, you will hear noises when people come back to the hotel during the night. The walls are so thin too, (you can listen the neigbors conversations). |

Reasonably ok, close to the metro and main shopping area. Very convenient to get to the main attraction points. The walls have very poor sound-proof quality. The room next door were so noisy. |

Perfect city centre location, right opposite metro station (with service direct from the airport). Nicely refurbished, very clean with excellent bathroom. Good value. View from bedroom window of air conditioning units. TV totally Spanish language; no news channels in any language. |

Hotel was close to a metro stop. Easy commute from the airport. Location was OK but not very close to restaurants or nightlife. |

Easy to get around in the center of the city. I missed someone to speak either english, french or german with.Had problems with the safe that didn't lock and after 4 visits to the resception with got the batteries missing. |

Good central location. Pleasant room, but there was no natural light. The window looked out on to a very small enclosed courtyard & having the lights on in the room all the time added to the heat & we had to use the air conditioning to regulate the temp. There were also some loose tiles on the bathroom floor. As we were only staying for three days the above did not, however, spoil our visit. |

staff at reception very pleasant & helpful Unfortunately extremely noisy in room...works going on in hotel (renovation?). Plumbing extremely noisy whenever anyone had a shower felt like pipes were going to explode! |

Location on shopping street, Supermarket and Metro just across the street but metro is useless anyway, only use when carrying luggage from hotel to train station n vice versa, and the room is quite big and nice Hotel staffs not welcoming at all especially night shift, and the check-in day i have to wait about 5 minutes till he shown up |

The hotel was a 5 min walk away from the Railway Station and in the middle of a main shopping street. The metro was a couple of mins away and everything was within a short walking distance. The room was small and overlooked a service courtyard so we kept the curtains closed and the lights on. |
