I liked the swimming pool, the room quality, the TV, the area with zero noise, well located. The Internet service. Insane expensive and poor. |

Hotel taxi service was 30 mins late meaning I missed an important meeting. Very poor for a business hotel. I was told by the receptionist that they often had problems with the firm! |

The rooms were clean & tastefully decorated as they were new....they had room safe, wi-fi connection and front desk staff was very helpful but the in house staff was quite slow to take orders (delayed, forgetfulness..)given by front desk staff. There was a certain stingyness about service here: removal of extra towels as I was one guest so I had only one bath towel!!!! Did not supply extra bath gel or shampooing when finished!!! Did not provide knife and fork when asked...I was told there was not room service...there was no booklet showing the hotel services. No water kettle to prepare tea or coffee, nor any coffee/tea sachets ..... |

The room is very comfortable, clean and quiet. They are beautifully designed with stylish decoration and good facilities; 2 minutes walking distance to a supermarket; Direct&frequent bus service to the city center. For the Kitchen facility: a kettle needed; tea/coffee needed to welcome customer; For the room facility: a clock/alarm needed |

The room quality and equipments are very good. Very well decorated. No 24 hours room service. The room had some minor problems such as a very bright green presence light that disturbed my sleep. Green is the worst color to choose for a presence light over the door. It should be red and guests should have the option to turn it off. |

La tranquilidad de la zona y el confort de las habitaciones La conexion Wifi. he de añadir que el hotel devolvio el importe de la conexion en vista de que no funcionaba correctamente. De todos modos no se puede achacar al hotel este mal funcionamiento ya que probablemente sea un problema de mi Notebook |

Me ha gustadi la situacion, la piscina, que hay restaurantes y tiendas cerca, además de metro. Tambien la habitacion, muy buena y comoda con una pequeña cocina americana. Que no tiene servicio de limpieza de habitaciones por la tarde. |

Habitaciones muy amplias, con cocina, salon aparte... Restaurantes y bares en la zona, buen desayuno, buen precio, buena calidad Depende de donde vayas, está un poco apartado. Excelente para trabajar en la zona norte / noreste de la ciudad |

La habitación era bastante amplia La dificultad para encontrarlo, ya que no hay indicaciones por ningún sitio y el hotel está en una especie de orquilla nada fácil de dar con ella. |

Todo es nuevo y con diseños muy bonitos Las sabanas tenian pelos y en el baño habia pelos tambien. Da muuy mala impresion. Es una pena que no pongan mas atencion a la limpieza porque el hotel es bonito. Tampoco me gusto que no hubiera internet inalambrico gratuito. Cobran 5€ por 3 horas!!! Esta lejos de la parada del metro. |
