1/ Amabilité et efficacité du personnel du Restaurant: Service excellent. 2/ La réception m'a d'abord donné une petite chambre avec un lit d'une personne et demie, alors que nous étions deux. De suite, j'ai demandé une autre chambre qui m'a donné entière satisfaction (avec 2 lits jumeaux). |

The location is absolutely perfect: C. Barcas itself is quite lovely, and to the right of the hotel it continues on a straight line, past C.Colon, into C. Sorni, which is elegant and charming; to the left one immediately hits the sequence of the three main squares from where the monuments, the restaurants and the bars of the old town radiate. Nothing to object to hotel service; I cannot formulate any judgement about its restaurant because I never ate there. The insonorisation of the rooms is quite poor. |

It's located in city center, so it's ideal for a town tour. It's close to the bus stop for the "city of arts and sciences" (BUS 35), close to the metro for/to the airport and close to the north train station. It's really a strategic spot. |

Located centrally and idealy positioned for people arriving by train, spacious rooms with very friendly and helpful staff. Just minutes away from the City's highlight tourist attractions for eg, the Cathedral, Market. In summary a splendid hotel! |

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, we could walk everywhere. We could hear everything going on in the corridor. |
