Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Hotel was clean. Showers in this hotel do not work properly. We changed rooms and the problem still existed. Water pressure was fluctuating the whole time but even worse, so was the temperature - often coming out boiling hot for minutes at a time even when it's set on cold. Dangerous and very unpleasant - difficult to shower. |

Hotel was modern and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful.The hotel was positioned away from the main roads in a quite residential area but was only a few minutes from the waterfront. |

Friendly Staff that tried their best. Clean room (ie not with old bedding and interior). Room with a view for a very good price. A minor suggestion would have been better if they had a Computer in the reception for guests to use the internet - that would have saved us trouble with planning how to fill our days. |

Przestrzenny pokój, stosunkowo duża łazienka, wygodny prysznic z wanną, lodówka, balkon wychodzący na spokojne ulice, tv z min. canal+. Lokalizacja. Hotel usytuowany jest w "dziwnej" okolicy, około 25 minut jazdy autobusem z centrum (Plaza Espana). Dla nas nie był to problem, ale w wakacje to też nie najlepszy wybór; daleko do plaży, a do samego hotelu jest pod górkę z głównej ulicy, gdyż znajduje się on u podnóży zamku. Drugim minusem jest brak miejsc parkingowych. |

instalaciones, posibilidad de parking El personal del hotel con trato muy distante y poco amable. El personal de limpieza hablando en los pasillos en voz alta y comunicandose por sus walkie-talkies sobre como repartirse el trabajo desde las 8,15 de la mañana todos los dia (festivos en los que se pretende descansar). Pedida habitacion doble de una cama doble me asignaron una de dos camas |
