De net gerenoveerde kamers zien er perfrect uit! Het personeel is bijzonder aardig en erg gastvrij. Daarnaast is het aansluitende restaurant van zeer hoge kwaliteit met uiterst gunstige prijzen.

Het verrassende uitzicht toen we 's avonds ons appartement voor de eerste keer binnenkwamen, de ruimte, netheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Ook het ontbijt in buffetvorm was geweldig! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Dat de formule "incl. ontbijt" een goeie zet is van App, Llobet. Het app. ligt vrij centraal tussen Ibiza stad en Playa den Bossa (± 20 min. lopen). 16 appartementen hebben direct zeezicht over de prachtige baai, de overige app. hebben zicht op de patio, het zwembad en indirect zeezicht. Om de 2 dagen wordt het bedlinnen en de handdoeken verschoond. Het ontbijt is in het restaurant, dat aan het appartement is verbonden. Een goed ontbijt en op verzoek kun je ook een spiegel ei of scrabbeld eggs bestelen. De nederlands sprekende receptioniste is altijd behulpzaam. Kortom een goed appartement.

Het hotel bevind zich op een prima plek, dichtbij de stad en het strand voor de deur!

Good spacy apartment for the price, and the location is superb. Would go there again for sure!

The Dutch lady on reception was extremely helpful and professional at all times. Our apartment was first floor on the beachfront with great sea views from the terrace. Comfortable beds with good, hard pillows and an excellent power shower in the bathroom. Superb restaurant beneath served excellent evening meals - huge portions at a reasonable price.

The bedrooms do not have proper windows which makes you feel clautrophobic. We were on a clubbing holiday so would have liked more options than maid service at 10.30am (only twice weekly) when we were fast asleep! The inclusive breakfast was pathetic: For £1,100 for a week we would at least expect the choice of a proper cooked breakfast. No telephone in the bedroom = no room service. The miserable night porter spoke virtually no English and wasn't particularly helpful. On reflection, for the same money we could have stayed at a four star hotel and got propr service. Our friends were renting 3 bedroom villas for similar money.

It was in a perfect location. We had an unbelievable view from our room! The room was spacious and clean. Also, the price was much lower than other hotels in the area, so it was a really good deal. I would totally recommend it! It's located in between Ibiza town (15 min walk) and Playa d'en Bossa - a party beach, which was also a 15 min walk.

Cleanliness of Rooms

lovely hotel and clean rooms but still budget and very expensive for what it is.

The hotel has been renovated recently and looks new. The reception has a modern design. The appartment was clean and modern. We did not try the swimming pool, but it looked clean and modern. There is a good restaurant attached. There is a shower on the ground floor where you can shower before leaving, if you wish.

The staff told us it would take maximum 15 mins to get to Ibiza centre walking. In fact it takes 30 mins walking fast. There are several bus stops nearby (no info provided by staff). Very warm breakfast room.

The staff made you feel at home. It was just a warm and wonderfull experienece. They were helpful with directions and transportation as well. I had absolutely no complaints and ive been to multiple european hotels. This one is at the top of my list. It was close proximity to ibza town and on the bus route.
