One important item was its very friendly manager and staff (specially the receptionists and restaurant's staff); its manager was in touch with the guests and they were so helpful and polite and did everything they could for us. The hotel is near to beach (2 min by walk) and shopping centers (10 min by walk). It's better to know its address well nevertheless you may lost easily because this hotel is not near to the main streets. The street that hotel is in, is a bit crowded. If it had an specific beach of course it was better! Considering all advantages this hotel has value for money and I recommend staying there for who want to have enjoyable time with not too much payment. |

I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is only a few meters from promenade and beach. published free wirless services are only available in the lobby area and not through out the hotel, they have no room service and very limited television channels. Once the resturant closed only food service is local pubs or resturants |

El hotel está reformado y las instalaciones están bastante bien. Bien situado junto a Las Canteras. Colchones duros y baño amplio. La ropa de cama estaba vieja y un día noté que la toalla de baño estaba sucia, así que tuve que pedir otra en recepción. Esas cosas causan un mal efecto. |

Situación, a escasos metros de la playa y cercano a la zona comercial de la ciudad. El desayuno es variado y de calidad adecuada, sinflorituras pero todo esta bueno. La zona es tranquila, con pocos ruidos. Es algo complicado encontrar aparcamiento, pero nada fuera de lo habitual en barrios urbanos. No es zona de estacionamiento regulado. La insonorización de las habitaciones no es lo mejor del hotel, pero por lo general se está a gusto y no hay ningún problema para dormir. |

La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale, la camera confortevole con vista mare e terrazza attrezzata, la posizione sia rispetto al lungomare, sia rispetto al centro città. |

Le personnel est charmant, la chambre spacieuse avec balcon vue sur mer. Un petit frigo est à disposition dans la chambre. C'est très propre et prêt de tout. Le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas au standing de l'hôtel. |

Pernonalet prøvde å oppfylle spesielle ønsker og var vennlig innstilt til å finne svar på spørsmål om byen/øyen. Meget fint at frokosten var tilgjengelig til kl 11.00 lokal tid (kl 12.00 norsk tid). Bedre lydisolering mellom rommene. Ønskelig om hotellet har noen enkle trimredskaper - f.eks en trimsykkel/tredemølle |

La excelente disponibilidad y atención del staff del Hotel; como ejemplo decir que no disponiamos de tiempo para desayunar según el horario y nos prepararon un pic-nic sin solicitarlo. La amplia terraza de la habitación. La proximidad a la Playa de Las Canteras. El Hotel es muy fácil de acceder desde la Autopista o el Puerto Aunque encontramos aparcamiento enseguida, no parece que sea una tarea fácil en general en toda la zona. |
