The hotel is good, high quality. The shower is so sofisticated that sometimes you fight with it to get the water come from the regular place. But the hotel is worth staying |

Comfortable spacious rooms, each one with a separate living/sleeping area. Local bus service to Avila was very reliable. Hotel did not have a pool which would have been a great bonus. Poor restaurant facilities on site. |

The Hotel was very good and the location was fine, just outside Avila. The staff on the reception was not very nice. Also, everyone had to show IDs and sign papers, I think it was too much. |

De afstand tot het centrum van Avila klopte niet met de gegevens van het hotel. Aangegeven stond 2 km, maar de werkelijkheid was minstens het dubbele. Het was te ver om te lopen. Ik zou het hotel wel willen aanbevelen, maar alleen aan mensen met een auto. |

Al reservar pedimos una cama de matrimonio, no nos la garantizaban pero...cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitacion perfecta, cama de matrimonio, una terraza espectacular para nosotros solos, y saloncito a parte con otra tele.El tener el centro comercial al lado, te da a elegir lo que te apetece desayunar al precio que tu quieras. Por poner algo,...el armario de la habitacion era como una habitacioncita abuhardillada por lo que habia que agacharse mucho para meter la ropa pero...nada importante. |

Personal de bufet y el propio bufet merece un excelente. Desayuno ha sido fabuloso y la atencion perfecta. Por mal temporal hemos tenido que quedarse en hotel. Oferta de ocio, nula. No hay nada, ni billard ni maquina de dardos ni un triste fudbolin. |

Hotel moderno con amplias y cómodas habitaciones. La cafetería es incomoda puesto que tiene servicio externo al lado del centro comercial. El personal de recepción poco agradable. |
