No problems with buffet breakfast can understand other reviewers comments though i.e. if it was busier and you came down late. Air conditionining may seem noisy for a light sleeper. |

Very nice rooms! Very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel is well located in the center of the city just off of Gran Via and near the metro. Would definitely recommend this location to others and will probably stay at this hotel again next time I go to Madrid. Nothing really, but it would be nice to have hotel parking - finding a space to park near the hotel can be a challenge. |

The location was perfect and the room was very large, plus it had a wonderful patio which looked out over Madrid. The price was reasonable and included a very nice buffet breakfast. |

Reception staff were friendly and spoke good English. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good; though virtually 100% self service and you were left to find everything out by yourself. The location is excellent - a few minutes walk from Puerta del Sol. |

Quality accommodation worth a 5 star in terms of standard of design, furnishings and cleanliness. Superb luxury bathroom Friendly staff. Good food quality. Well situated and quiet. Would recommend to friends. Only onemember of staff spoke good English, but not a problem if you just smile. That gets things done !! |

It was within walking distance for many of Madrid's places of interest, room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. It was on a busy side street, lots of activity. |

It offered a very convenient location for shops, bars, restaurants and places of interest. It also offered peace and quiet during the night time. The breakfast arrangements were not well organised and when items of food ran out they were not readily replaced. In our view the quality of the breakfast provided less than good value for money. |

The hotel staff were very pleasant and efficient. Although situated in the city centre it was surprisingly quiet with good access to all of the city sights and amenities. Although they did their best there were too few staff to cater for the numbers at breakfast and unfortunately the service level suffered. |
