Great placement, in the centre of Madrid, but at the same time in a quite area. The room was very big and comfortable. Very nice staff and fantastic restaurant. |

Staff are very friendly and professional. Great location in Chueca, many good restaraunts nearby (El Tigre). Quiet. Very nice bathrooms! The beds are somewhat hard and uncomfortable |

The room was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly, I would go there again. It was well situated, a few streets up there is a good shopping street (Madrid version of Camden). |

Very good location, walking distance to Prado Museum, and others. 5 minutes from Metro Station. Shower head should be changed to a normal one, water spread out. It is located at the very entertainment street, until midnight, somebody is shouting. |

Friendly helpful staff. Hotel very clean throughout. Good large bathroom. Bad air conditioning, meaning we had two very uncomfortable, sweaty nights. |
