Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre,große Zimmer. Bei der Anmeldung wurde statt im 5.Stockwerk mir ein Zimmer im Keller angeboten.Nach meinen Einspruch ,aber noch im 1.Stock bekommen. |

The food in general was good but the cooked food was only warm and not hot, they seem to have catered more for the german market than anyone else, and also had only one brand of beer in the dining room, as this was our 40th wedding anniversary overall, I was disappointed with the hotel,.and would not rebook. There was no mini bar in the fridge either, just empty . |

La ubicación del hotel. 1º) Hacen pagar al cliente su estancia por adelantado. 2º) Las instalaciones del hotel están muy anticuadas, sería bueno para la imagen del hotel que solucionaran los problemas de humedades y que lo pintaran un poquito . 3º) El hotel que está debajo suya (Hotel Semiramis) pone la música muy alta por la tarde-noche (hasta las once o doce de la noche), o sea, que si te toca una habitación que esté enfrente no vas a pegar ojo hasta esa hora. 4º) Para desayunar tienes que desplazarte hasta el hotel de la misma empresa que está enfrente. 4º) El servicio de limpieza no cambia las toallas de ducha. |

Me ha gustado su ubicación, el lugar en el que se encuentra es muy hermoso y las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares. En realidad no, creo que todo estaba muy bien, de igual modo solo estuve una noche, pero creo que estaba todo muy bien. |

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la variedad de comida en el buffet, las animaciones que había cada noche, las piscinas y la amabilidad de los camareros en el buffet. Los pasillos hacia las habitaciones estaban muy descuidados y al estar haciendo obras en habitaciones contiguas no dejaban descansar por el ruido. |

El baño que estaba reformado recientemente. La piscina bien y la recepcion agradable y muy bien. Poco mas. Las camas incomodas y el servicio de limpieza fatal, no te cambian las toallas solo cada dos o tres dias y las sabanas no las cambiaron ni una vez en cuatro dias y la cama siempre mal hecha y limpian muy mal. La habitacion es lo peor y el bufet tampoco vale mucho tanto los desayunos como las cenas. |

localisation très pratique dans Puerto de la Cruz, grandes chambres fonctionnelles, nourriture abaondante, une partie des chambres avec belle vue sur la côte certaines chambres très mal exposées avec balcon sur le parking par exemple, jardin beaucoup plus petit qu'il ne semble sur le site web, absence d'eau de ville gratuite comme boisson au diner, nourriture semblant plus adaptée aux allemands : peu de légumes verts et aucne spécialités canariennes de tout le séjour, dommage |
