Friendliness of staff - could not do enough. Family Rooms excellent. Close to airport and also to Honarrabillia which is a quiet pleasant spanish sea side town. |

very spacious family room. Friendly reception. Choice of bar or restaurant for breakfast. Difficult to find, especially when it's allready dark outside. The hotel should put the coordinates on their webpage for the GPS. The bar closes at 11pm allready. |

The hotel thoroughly deserves its five stars. We had breakfast in the cafetería instead of the restaurant where it is expensive. Wi-fi is available on the ground floor and there was an internet cable connection in the room. Very good signals. Transport is needed to get into the city centre. We had a car, don't know what bus and taxi services are like. |

Scenic environment. Close to San Sebastian, without paying the high rates you will find there. Rental car is necessary if staying here. Air conditioning was not working. |

The hotel was clean and a good place to stay for sleeping. They did not have wi fi like they advertised. We had to pay 4 euros an hour to use internet when it should have been included in the price. Also, there is nothing around the hotel, so you must drive to eat in a restaurant. |

I really liked the lobby and the exra sitting areas on the first floor. I also liked the bar. The bus into town was very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and pleasant. I did not like that the swimming pool was not longer in service and it was very unappealing as it sat there with green unattractive water, overgrown bushes and broken furniture and fence. |

We found ourselves without lodgings and booked the night before. The location was convenient for an overnight stay on our road trip. The room was quiet. Staff spoke excellent English. Free wifi and parking. Secure lodgings. Difficult to find. Not within walking distance to any shops or places to eat. |
