Die Küche und das Essen-Assortiment beim Frühstücks- und Abendessenbüffet; das freundliche und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereiche Personal. Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig; viele Hotelgäste kamen spät in der Nacht nach ihren Zimmern total betrunken, schreiend und laufend in den Gängen, ohne auf die anderen Gäste Rückischt zu nehmen; der Wasserdruck war wenigstens in der letzten Etage sehr gering, um sich man normal duschen zu können; warmes Wasser gab es kaum beim duschen. |

Halbpension, Frühstück- und Abendbuffet Quantität und Qualität gut bis sehr gut!!! Für 3 Sterne sensationell. Sehr hellhörig!!! Vielleicht nur was für jüngere Urlauber oder Oropax. |

Que en el precio esta incluida cena y desayuno. Sobre todo el tipo de clientes escandalosos que acuden. Despues de la cena todo son gritos y follones. La sala de actuaciones esta junto a la recepción , un piso por debajo de las habitaciones y no hay forma de descansar. Las actuaciones de deberian realizar en las plantas subterraneas donde esta el comedor. |

receptie is 24 uurs bemand, correct en zeer vriendelijk. Overigens geldt dat voor al het personeel. de fotograaf van dit hotel verdiend een dikke pluim, de foto's creeren een totaal andere verwachting dan de werkelijkheid. Het hotel is in haar nadagen, oud pand, vervallen, ligt op het uiterste puntje van el arenal. Mijn advies: ga er zonder verwachtingen naar toe gaan. We hebben hier uitstekend geslapen en dat is meer dan prima. Ga lekker buiten eten, heel betaalbaar en smaakvoller dan hotelfood |

prijs kwaliteit verhouding. service goed eten en drinken goed veel jongeren voornamelijk duitsers die erg luidruchtig waren kamers zijn dan erg gehorig en echt nachtleven tot ong. 5 uur snachts |
