Pots aparcar bé davant de l'hotel, bona ubicació i a prop del centre de Palma, l'SPA ùna mica petit,però força bé, tot i que el surtidor més gran no funcionava ,el personal és amable.

Penso que no correspon a un hotel de 4 estrelles ( a totes les illes passa igual), l'habitació i el bany molt petits. El servei de menjador a la piscina una mica descuidat, molta estona perquè et servisin i havies d'avisar perquè no t'atenien. Les fotos enganyen, sembla molt més gran del que és en realitat , la piscina i la zona del voltant molt petit. A part d'aquest detalls, l'hotel força bé.

Well located, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff

Cleanliness of the room was excellent. Great location with city centre a 5 min bus ride or 20 min walk along the harbour. Excellent bakery at the end of the road if you want to save on breakfast.

Certain features of the hotel are slightly dated but overall no complaints.

Staff helpful, spa was small but lovely, good breakfasts, good value overall.

rooms were a bit noisy, thin walls so may be a problem for light sleepers, quite a business hotel so no real atmosphere. Bit of a walk from center of Palma.

Staff very polite and helpfull!! Clean rooms and working spa- worth of it!!

People are making some noise outside pool area/near by the reception - forgetting that noise will "fly" to upper floors! Pls, avoid noise at night time especially!!

Isla Mallorca well deserves it 4 stars the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice. The staff were very helpful. Being in a quiet area of Palma the facillities at the hotel refelected this every thing was available. our group of 9 were very impressed.

The outside of the hotel, especially the entrance was very nice. The buffet breakfast was good

I wouldn't give the Isla a rating of four stars. Our room was small and fairly basic. The toilet was flushing all the time and the tap of the sink came off at one point.You could hear everything from the rooms next door. Also, the lobby was furnished with 70's chairs. In fact the whole building was from the 60's or 70's.

there is a parking lot next to the hotel that also serves as a gathering place for all-night partiers, making it difficult to sleep with your window open-the hotel needs to do something about this.
