Good location of the hotel.GOOD Food.good internet service.rooms big enough. Bad position of the swimming pool (almost always in shade) and the temperature of water not high enough.room without king size bed,although requested during booking. |

Veel keus bij het buffet. Ieder dag deels ander menu. Mooie zwembaden en voldoende ligstoelen. Alles keurig elke dag schoongemaakt. Ruime kamers. Behulpzaam personeel. Geschikt voor alle leeftijden. Loopafstand van het strand. De bedden vonden we niet heel comfortabel, de matrassen waren te hard. |

het personeel was erg vriendelijk, daarnaast was er een super animatie voor de kinderen. Ook 's avonds waren er leuke shows te zien. vervelende, dronken Russen waartegen de hotelleiding niet durfde op te treden. Vanaf dat moment durfde ik mijn kinderen niet alleen door het hotel te laten lopen, want stel je komt zo'n dronkenlap tegen!! Wellicht dat het helpt om bij een all-inclusive concept alcohol pas vanaf een bepaald tijdstip toe te staan; nu waren ze aan het begin van de middag al lazerus. |

Rust, zuiver, en een goede ligging. Ik kom meerdere keren in tenerife per jaar, kende dit al langer van mijn dochter die er was geweest, plus 8 jaar geleden lag ik in isla-bonita en ben ik eens binnen weesten kijken, toen viel het mij al op door de netheid. (Dus alles positief, niets negatief, score 9,5 ) |

Kompleks jest duży, ale dobrze rozplanowany przestrzennie. Zaletą jest niewątpliwie dobre położenie - blisko zarówno do sklepów i restauracji, jak i na plażę. W hotelu jest również bardzo czysto. Na kolację trzeba przyjść w 15-minutowym przedziale czasu, co jest zapewne związane z dużą ilością gości. |

La gentilezza e l'efficienza del personale, sopratttutto degli animatori. L'abbondanza e la qualità della colazione a buffet. La camera molto ampia e silenziosa. Mi dispiace sempre quando vedo, come in questo caso, che un hotel non fa la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti! |

El hotel nos gusto mucho, estaba limpio, el buffet muy bueno y el personal muy atento. Las instalaciones y la animación del hotel nos gusto mucho también. Que tenga wifi a prepago me parece muy mal, yo creo que deberían de ponerlo libre. |
