loved the little extras, fridge stocked, shower, towels, t.v location, have already reccomended it to family and friends, staff were kind, courteous, very helpful, i will definitely return. |

As an aparthotel there was no interaction with other residents or guests, so our stay was restive and under our own control. We think that the bed-linen should have been changed at least once during our weeks stay and that the daily cleaning staff could have been better at sweeping and dusting. |

the girl on reception was incredibly helpful and very friendly. The apartment was very clean with lovely touches to welcome us, and having water, milk, tea, coffee, juice, butter etc on arrival was a real bonus. The balcony was a great size and perfect for chilling on! A real bargain! |

It's indeed a very nice place to stay. they have a nice swimming pool which are open during summer time. The self catering suited my family very well, I wish they could provide some basic stuff like oil, salt, etc... but don't get me wrong, this place is very nice. I would certainly stay there again. The location is also fantastic, situated in Salou which is 12 km from reus and 15 from Tarragona. |

Our apartment was clean & comfortable. Close to the railway station/restaurants/market etc. It is in a safe, residential neighborhood. It would be nice to have free internet access on site to keep in touch with family in the USA..The free welcome kit was appreciated. However, shampoo/soap etc. could be replenished daily. |

nice shower and good working heaters. too much noise from other residents. Grotty room and dirty furniture. Not enough cutlery, crockery etc. Noisy fridge. Very poor quality sofa bed very uncomfortable for the children. Dirty curtains and stained blankets. Funny smell in kitchen. |

Essential items such as tea, coffee, milk, juice, washing up liquid, tea towels, toilet rolls etc. were left in our apartment on arrival. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom with extra in the cupboard. The appliances included a T.V, stereo, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine with laundry detergent. Digital tv would have been a bonus as the local channels were difficult to watch. |

Nice apartment, well equipped. Friendly staff. No problems with key although we arrived late at night and the reception was closed. Essential food items had been provided upon arrival and things as washing up liquid. Very good! Unfortunately our apartment was facing one of the main streets in Salou and therefore a little noisy at night because of the traffic. Aircondition would be nice. |

hotel staff was very polite, the place was very good- not far from station, very closed were supermarket, swimming pool May be there could be more staf in the kitchen-for excample, cooking oil. |

Notre sejour ete excellent nous etion 4 dans le t2 tout c'est bien passer l'appart bien agencer et tres spacieux avec une tres belle terrasse juste un ptit peu bruyant la nuit quand il reste des clients dans le restaurant du bas de l'hotel coter route sinon tout ete excellent tres belle chambre surtout pour un tres bon prix |

Que l'on ait tout le necessaire dans l'appartement en arrivant, c'est agréable; c'est confortable Mauvaise insonorisation au point que l'on entend chaque objet posé dans la salle de bain du voisin de dessus, les personnes marcher.....étonnant!! |
