We booked a Superior Twin Room with bathrobes and slippers and didn't get either.I tried to sort this out at reception and was told I have write to the Manager which I am doing. As far as we are concerned we were given a small twin room on the inside of the Hotel with no views which we have taken photos of, can you help me with this complaint please? |

The position was ideal for visiting the city centre. The lack of parking facilities. 12 euros a day to park in a public car park is far too expensive on top of the cost of the hotel. |

Staff was mostly friendly and helpful, especially Karolina at reception. Room was spacious and clean. The view from our room into the service yard. Very uncomfortable beds. |

Great location (5 minutes to the city centre and 10 minutes from the bus/train station), clean, comfortable and a good (cold) breakfast. Good value for money but not very Spanish... Be careful if you're sharing a room with someone other than your partner - the bathroom doors (although very trendy) are smoked glass and you can see through them with the light on. |

This former monastery combines a modern hotel with the taste of an old building. |

We were upgraded to a neatly designed corner suite and free street parking in the area. Very comfortable beds. Located on very busy street and noise from traffic was disturbing, especially in the morning. |

Location, spacious room. No queen/king size beds. Only shower (a very good one!) in the loo. The TV remote control had been stolen and reception could not find a replacement. |

The position in centre of Jerez is perfect The room was tiny with only a view of another rooms window 6 metres away, asked for double bed but was told only suites have these, the restuarant is closed so had to go out for dinner, bar area 12 seats only in reception area, had to ask reception staff to order. No swimming pool & no lounge. very dissapionting. Wonderful photo of outside, missleading what's inside. I love the Bacelo Hotel Group but not this one |

Location was excellent, walking distance to pedestria areas of the town. The storage room for the maids nearby meant slamming door noise during daytime. No big deal. |

Very well located in the city centre but in a quiet location. About 20 minutes taxi ride from airport and a 7 minutes walk to the Rail and Bus stations. All main attractions were within about 5-7 minutes walk (except Riding School: about 20 mins walk). Modern, fresh decor within a 19th century convent. Although it advertised both a full Restaurant and a roof Terrace Bar, neither was open - nor had they been. A small Lobby Bar gave good service and there are plenty of Tapas Bars and Restaurants within a 5-10 in walk. |

Good location on walking distance to city centre. Opening and closing of room doors in the corridor brings a lot of noise. |

A very nice hotel withing walking distance from the vital "musts" in Jerez. The breakfast room was stunning and the breakfast itself was great. We made a "bargain" and found a room with a very reduced price and found that the view from the room was very limited - a VERY narrow back yard with nothing but a huge compressor to look at (and listen to). |

Bright, comfortable and spacious rooms, very clean, excellent location, helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again, excellent value for money. The laminate floors in the halls meant that the corridors could be a little noisy, especially when people closed their room doors. Other than that it was great. |

Great location very close to city, the hotel was clean and comfortable When I booked the room I asked for a room with double bed and non smoking. I was given a twin room and a smoking room. I changed rooms to a non smoking room but a room with double bed was not available.this was a little disappointing |

Outstanding hotel. Obviously a unique, historic property. It doesn't appear as intriguing from the outside, but inside it's very cool. There didn't appear to be an alarm clock anywhere (unless I missed it). |

Clean, neat, tidy, staff good. Having to book 24hrs in advance for the restaurant and it requiring a minimum booking of ten was irritating in the extreme, they may as well not have one. Also when you wait for five minutes at the bar for service and walk away without staff attending is also not good. |

Closeness to the town centre. Good buffet breakfast. No private parking and not enough allocated parking for hotel guests at a local car park. No tea/coffee making facility in room. No dressing gown in room. Limited lounge/bar facilities. |

Newly renovated and well situated in a residential area of Jerez just 15 minutes from glorious beaches, this elegant hotel has a fantastic outdoor pool and sauna. |
This exclusive 19th century palace is located in the heart of the historic quarter of Jerez de la Frontera, in Rafael Rivero square and next to Larga street. |
Surrounded by lush gardens, this hotel offers a wide range of facilities to help you relax beneath the Andalusian sunshine. From it you can also visit the sights of ancient Jerez. |
Located in midtown Jerez, just a short distance from the Real Escuela Andaluza de Arte Ecuestre (Andalusian Royal School of Equestrian Art) and approximately 10 km from the beach. |
