I was working at the Jerez Motor racing circuit next to the hotel. It was convenient to stay there No it's fine, but wifi in the room would be nice |

I liked that rooms where cleaned every single day, and We received clean towels.The Villas where gorgeous much nicer than what the pictures portrayed them to be. Yes that the staff did not speak english, we had alot of problems when trying to order food (ie.butter or cold milk or chicken) or when we needed anything. The breakfast was the same everyday which maybe could be different every 2 days just for a change, and also the Hotel does not have a Bus service which it should really provide with such a high rated hotel and considering it so expensive. We flew in to Sevile Airport landed at 11am and had to get a bus to Seville town and then wait 5 hours to get a bus to Jerez and from Jerez we had to get a taxi to the Hotel so it was 7pm when we got there. Also to eat in the hotel every night is very dear (ie. A can of coke is €2 a chicken burger €13) ad thats just in the bar!!!! The Resturant is Buffe |

The Golf course is top class Service was very poor for a 5 star hotel. Air conditioning was not working and they were unable to fix it. We asked for a fan but they ignored our request. We stayed in the villas- ants all over the place. Not enough sunbeds by the swimming pool. Really not what you expect from a pricy 5 star hotel. |

There is a very nice swimming pool area. There is a lot of building work going on behind the hotel at the moment and it is right next door to a motor racing track so could be quite noisy at times. Our 2 bed villa was a long way from the hotel and although it came with a kitchenette, there was absolutely no means of using it since they did not provide any equipment what so ever. (No kettle, cups, cutlery, crockery) Not sure what or who it was meant for. There were far too many ants. |

My only dislike of the hotel was the beds! Mine was extremely uncomfortable. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and the hotel is beautiful the beds! |

Good for golf sport The restaurant El Lagar. The dishes that we ordered dont tasted anything at all! No salt, no flavor, no taste. High price for tasteless food! A hamburger on Mc Donalds would be much better! The Waiter didn´t know the dishes, and how it looks like, and we become the wrong food. Service at the table was not good. |

Todo en general, necesita una reformilla ya, pero el trato es exquisito en todos los aspectos. Todo el mundo es muy agradable y se respira un ambiente muy familiar, es como estar en casa. Estas a 3 minutos del padock del circuito de Jerez, muy comodo! Nada que objetar menos eso, que una reforma lo haria perfecto! |

O ambiente exterior, os espaços comuns e de lazer, e o pequeno almoço Muito má manutenção das vilas, não sendo aceitável para um hotel que pretende estar a este nivel. A humidade em chão e paredes torna as vilas muito desconfortáveis. As paredes esteriores estão muito degradadas a necessitar de manutenção urgente. A rever urgentemente. |

Prima villa met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Prachtige locatie. Als een villa wordt gehuurd dan bij deze even de waarschuwing dat de keuken niets voor stelt. Daar kun je niet koken, mocht je dat willen. |

El trato del personal del hotel fue excelente. El confort y la tranquilad del hotel junto con la relación calidad/precio son sus puntos fuertes. Muy agradable y con vistas preciosas al campo de golf. Al hotel, como dicen otros muchos comentarios le sobra una estrella. El spa se basa en una piscina climatizada, un jacuzzi y una sauna, con lo cual no lo consideraría spa. Pedí una cama de matrimonio y no nos la dieron. |
