The staff were very friendly and relaxed and gave a personal service. They allowed us to stay longer in our room on the day of check out for no extra cost. We enjoyed the terrace and views at the top of the hotel and the communal area on the balcony near our room where we could sit and read during the day. The recommendations and organizing of shows/bodegas/tapas bars/restaurants etc. were excellent too. All in all, a lovely stay. |

we were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed our time relaxing and eating delicious food in the hotel retaurant. We extended for 1 more night also. We hope to return soon. |

It was perfect and like a small oasis of tranquility and beauty hidden in the centre of Jerez. The hotel itself has been designed with a lot of thought and style and had a very attractive, intimate feel. Everyone that worked there was exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly, and did everything possible to help you make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. And then to top it all, delicious and exciting locally sourced food. A really wonderful place - don't miss the chance to stay and eat there if you are in Jerez. Hard to find but worth the search! |

The hotel is in a tranquil setting in the heart of the city, made so by the garden abutting the old Moorish city wall which forms the heart of the hotel. Breakfast and other meals can be taken in the garden which thereby becomes and airy dining room. The extensive rooftop bar affords a sense of possession of the city as one looks across the roofline. The staff were invariably helpful and spoke good English. The style of the hotel inside is modern and uncluttered, and the rooms were well-designed with good air conditioning (temperatures during my stay were over 40C). I would return to the hotel at the drop of a hat. |

Exceedingly friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and stylish accommodations. Convenient location. Excellent gourmet restaurant. Rated a 3 star but definitely better. Rooftop terrace beautiful. Wonderful and healthy breakfast. There was no wireless Internet access to guests. One could use an Internet cable for connecting from the guest room. However all websites were blocked via firewall. Therefore to check in for my flight I had to use the computer provided in the lobby. This is not suitable for business related travel. |

Very helpful staff. Fantastic roof terrace. Lovely garden where dinner and breakfast were served. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel for the price we payed. |

I very much appreciated the welcoming introduction by the manager,a sip of sherry in the bar and an introduction to the area. Of particular note was the extraordinary efforts of Alexander who went out of his way to be extremely helpful. He should go far in the hospitality business. |

Management and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Standard of service excellent. All aspects of our experience were indeed excellent at the hotel. Its location was good - in a quiet street, and within walking distance of all the interesting parts of Jerez and places to visit there. The standard of the cuisine in the hotel's restaurant very high - do not miss it. |

El hotel es una monada, decorado con un gusto exquisito. Tiene una terraza muy agradable en la cual se puede tomar una copa y escuchar buena música. El personal encantador.Muy bien situado.Para repetir. A la hora de aparcar el coche, aunque con un poco de paciencia no fue tan dificil. |

Un hotel muy bonito se nota que los dueños invirtieron no solamente dinero sino buen gusto. Un patio muy bonito, terraza hermosa para tomarse algo en la noche, tiene detalles muy buenos como al llegar te ofrecen algo para tomar, simples grandes detalles que hacen la diferencia segun nuestra opinion. Tiene un restaurant muy bonito, nosotros tenemos una bebe y la dejabamos durmiendo y en el patio abajo de nuestra habitacion podiamos cenar muy muy tranquilos. Del hotel no le vemos nada negativo, al contrario todo excelente. Si tenemos que decir algo es respecto al restaurant, no como critica sino como consejo: la comida es buena pero realmente por el precio podrian aumentar un poco las porciones, no es que tengan que ser enormes pero creo que aumentando un poquito mas, teniendo un detalle de una entradita mientras se espera, podria ser mucho mejor. No es que este mal pero el restaurant le mejoraria un poco esas cosas. En cuanto al trato y la atencion es excelente. |

buena relación calidad-precio, buena ubicación, realmente es un hotel urbano con encanto la cisterna del WC perdía agua cuando tirabas de la cadena, el servicio del restaurante (en mi caso) lento |
