The pool was lovely and there was plenty of space. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. It is an excellent stop-off if travelling to or from Jerez airport and I would return to this hotel. You cannot get food after 11pm. The quality of the food is also quite poor. I would recommend eating outside the hotel. There are two very close bars/restaurants on foot. It is also 2 euro for a small glass of beer and a similar price for water. There is a garage within walking distance which sells water and beer. |

We stayed at the end of September and the hotel was very quiet, which we liked. The buffet breakfast was limited but sufficient for what we wanted. The swimming pool and the outdoor area was very nice and had the weather been better we would have used it. The hotel was very near the equestrian centre and a 20 min walk into the center of Jerez. |

Essentially mywife and I were very disappointed with the hotel It appeared to us to be only interested in conferences and large group meetings. It was in ur view most unsuitable for solo travellers. The dining room was a shambles at brekfast time with insufficient staff and a clear lack of organisation, twenty metere queses at the coofee machines for example. |

Quiet and relaxing especially by the poolside. Breakfast was good value. At times there appeared to be a shortage of staff. |

I liked the room and the design of the pool. I did not like the staff. There was one particular waiter who was very rude and angry with all the guests..The reception were not all that helpful. The pool area tables were dirty for the first two days of our stay and ashtrays were not emptied. There was not a good selection at the bar and the breakfast was poor quality. The prices on the menu were expensive for the quality. |

I thought the hotel services were poor, the prices vary according to occupancy at any given time, therefore, rate of 104 quoted was incorrect, Towels for pool usage had to be paid for and collected at reception and there was no way of getting a cup of coffee or indeed any food or beverage anywhere in the hotel after 11.30pm! |

Most of the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and modern. The location was very close to the Royal Andalusian Horse Centre. Breakfast was very good. No problem parking outside the hotel and it was well signposted and easy to find without having to drive right into the centre of Jerez. Prices were very good. Buffet dinner food was not very appetising but good value. The walk into city centre did not present much of a problem, apart from during midday heat. Hotel was very spacious. Reception area was huge. We had intended to treat ourselves to a good A La Carte dinner but the restaurant was not well signposted and verbal directions weren't good. Instead we mistakenly had buffet dinner which was a bit basic though at a very cheap price. Elderly breakfast waiter was a bit cranky about people taking their breakfast out to eat at poolside. No one knew any better because there were no signs telling us not to do so. This made his job difficult as he was under pressure. It left a bit of a bad atmosphere. Shower height could not be adjusted as it was broken and hand basin stopper would not work but these were only minor problems. Not being familiar with Jerez street layout, this hotel was an excellent location for our first visit to a lovely city. |

Rooms spacious enough and pure. Very remarkable parity of the price and quality. It is possible to carry a remote arrangement to insignificant minuses from the historical centre and renfe (that is characteristic for the majority of hotels of the given level in this city), but for a business trip the hotel approaches ideally. |

The location was excellent. It was a little walk to the centre but by varying the routes it was possible to see more of the town. The ease of parking which allowed us to travel out to other locations without having to negotiate city centre traffic. The pool facilities, (towels provided) small but a little oasis after a hard day visiting bodegas! Also the food from the pool bar was good quality and value for money. |

Surrounded by lush gardens, this hotel offers a wide range of facilities to help you relax beneath the Andalusian sunshine. From it you can also visit the sights of ancient Jerez. |
This exclusive 19th century palace is located in the heart of the historic quarter of Jerez de la Frontera, in Rafael Rivero square and next to Larga street. |
The Jándalos Jerez is a magnificent hotel that offers a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, ideal both for business or leisure travelers. |
Originally an old Jerez winery, now converted into a charming hotel; what really stands out about this hotel is its superb restaurant and charming traditional Andalusian central courtyard patio. |
