my room was excellent and the room service was very good the hotel could have some umbrellas at guests' disposal as it was raining when I got there and did not have one with me |

The hotel is very well situated for exploring the old part of Jerez and the accomodation was very comfortable and spacious. It was great value for money and exceeded our expectations. It did not have coffee / tea making facilities in the room. |

had a of minor problem which was attended to immediately and with courtesy. as the hotel is of an excellent standard and within walking distance of most things in Jerez i would not hesitate in recommending it for anyone wanting a city break there. |

Location and comfort Breakfast service was poor the first day but improved later in the week.Staff were very quick to ask for a room number but then seemed to disappear and never kept the food and coffee topped up.No muesli |

Position of hotel to local facilities was excellent. Most places of interest in walking distance. Lack of availability for hot drinks during the early morning a drawback ie kettle available in room. Scarcity of staff at times. Door locked during afternoons. |

En sí el hotel me ha gustado, la calidad-precio es muy buena; pero quizás lo que destacaría es la hospitalidad del personal y la decoración y amplitud de la habitación. Regresar al hotel despues de las salidas, era siempre muy complicado (ni utilizando el gps llegabamos a la primera). |

es un hotel bastante centrico,puedes pasear por la ciudad sin alejarte mucho. tambien esta cerca de algunos sitios de costa, a los cuales puedes llegar con bastante rapidez. en general es bastante comodo si no utilizas el parking del hotel cuesta un poco aparcar por los alrededores |

La ubicación, el diseño. si, esta enfrente a una zona de discotecas que no cierran hasta las 4 de la mañana, por lo que resulto casi imposible dormir |

El personal ha sido muy amable y atento. La ubicación muy cercana al centro permite olvidarse del coche. La zona muy tranquila. En un hotel de esta categoría es necesario que todos los empleados que atienden el bar estén realmente preparados. Es verdad que suplieron la falta de preparación con voluntad. |
