Very helpfull staff (my Spainish very limited). Very clean, relaxing and close to Old Town (walking distance). Breakfast good and open till 11am! Pool and surrounding area great. The bar / pool menu was very limited. Was a shame cause meant we had to go elsewhere for food. |

The visit to Jerez was well worth doing and as we were booked for the Tio Pepe tour to arrive to check in and be offered a glass of cold sherry (Tio Pepe as well) made a lovely start to our stay. Easy parking and comfortable surroundings made for an enjoyable stay and the Sat Nav found the hotel OK although it did not initially recognise the actual address. Door pass key system was erratic and with a ground floor room we did find that Ants were gaining access to the room with one or two nips during our stay. The location is on the edge of the places you will want to visit so be prepared to walk. |

Didn't like the hotel much at all, the airconditioning was poor, the international television didn't work, the staff were not adequate for a hotel of this standing |

Comfortable, spacious and bright bedroom. Very helpful and knowledgable receptionists. Pleasant swimming pool with comfortable sunloungers. Ideally located between the Exhibition park and town centre. The swimming pool does not "officially" open before the end of May so there was no poolside bar nor pool towels available. Our room was noisy during the day due to what sounded like a lot of furniture being moved around throughout the hotel, possibly as a result of housekeeping activities. |

Nearness to Equestrian and Bodegas was an advantage. Hotel excellent value for 5 star. No Tea-Coffee making facility in the room. Breakfast expensive. |

Quality and service are all first class. Location is very convenient for town and sightseeing The hard floors transfer noise from floors above and it becomes very annoying. We were on the GF and the guests upstairs were up and about from 530am. We would not want a ground floor room again. |

Very near to the Riding school and the Sandeman Bodega. About a 30-45 minute walk to the center of town and other bodegas. The hotel is great, However, do not go to these cities during Holy week. Everything is closed because of the Holy Week processions. Beautiful but if you are not interested in that kind of thing, these cities are a waste of your time. |

Very relaxing and comfortable setting. Jacuzzi, sauna and gym facilities were good. The swimming pool was closed. The period of closure should have been clearly marked out in the hotel's write-up. It was disappointing to find that the pool was closed especially since the availability of a pool was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel. |

The hotel was very peaceful and well located for access to the main town, staff are friendly and helpful and there is plenty of additional help with sightseeing information. The room was spacious and very comfortable, would stay again without hesitation |

Good location for the old town and Bodegas Very noisy, especially chamber maids dragging furniture around early in the morning. Sound carries through floors and walls. |

The hotel is located only a short walk from the center of the Old Town so once there no car was needed. |
