It was comfortable, well positioned for the "old town" and modern shops as well. The continental breakfast was good. Parking on site. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Difficult to find. Although parking was available, the receptionist positioned other cars in such a way that we would not have been able to get out if we had not "bumped" into another guest who had parked behind us! |

Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful with all services you might need, very modern, cozy and with all luxury. The all hotel is great designed, just beautiful!!! The location is perfect and the stuff was very helpful. There is no wifi in the hotel, but you might use a computer downstairs in the hall. |

Very comfortable, and beautifully appointed boutique hotel. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ideal location within Jerez within walking distance of all the sights, and has a taxi rank close by for easy trips to airport/train station. Internet was via cable only in the room, no Wifi so we could only use one laptop at a time. |

Staff was very pleasant. The decor was unique - a mix of modern to contrast with the historic building. The location was close to all the major sites in the main center. I |

A very funky, modern hotel. Huge room and bathroom. Attentive and knowledgeable staff and an unusual, imaginative and absolutely delicious breakfast. The hotel was brilliant but it was very difficult to find, especially coming in from the south of the city. Signs for the hotel would help, but the main problem is the one way traffic system of Jerez (and the drivers!). |

Ideally located for all facilities. Very nice and friendly staff. Breakfasts were above our expectations and better than most advertising 'Continental breakfasts'. Access to the second floor (where we were) not easy as lift only goes to first. |

Charming ambience; very pleasant room; excellent spa bath (if a little small for a 6 footer!) Inadequate lighting in bedroom (made it difficult for me and staff to find the internet port.... |

Great central location and beautiful building but best was the service from staff on reception and in the (excellent) restaurant. Tips for local sites and organising bookings helped us have a great stay. room was a bit small for 2 people for an extended stay |
