The staff were really helpful and did everything they could to assist my sister and I Difficult to find the entrance to the garage. Road sign up very narrow one way street but no obvious sign when you reached the closed door. Too easy to miss then have to enter one way system which got us lost. |

The reception staff were most helpful and efficient in booking visits, taxis etc. They all had a friendly attitude and arrangements made were efficient. |

A 15 minute walk from all attractions The hotel was as described - driving instructions could be better - 2 staff members should drive the various routes - 1 to drive and 1 to record the results for uploading to the net. |

Excellent location for city trip to Jerez in one of the best areas of the City The room did not bear any resemblance to the one we had booked. We had booked a room with twin beds and a terrace. Room provided had a double bed and Juliet Balcony |

the site is convenient being very close to the centre. I asked for a bright room when booking - got no reply. all single rooms turned out to be very dark, opening on a roofed patio which was dark all day, and in the 48 degrees we had during my stay it was unbearably stuffy (I don't normally use air conditioning, which was available, and instead prefer to open the window). i wished they had replied to my inquiry beforehand. staff was very helpful and nice but the room was unsatisfactory. that breakfast was not included was also a bit of a surprise, given the price. internet access at 3€ per 30min. is outrageous, especially in a city with just one or two public i-net points (which close very early). |

I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. On premise parking is a big plus, especially given it's location in central Jerez de la Frontera. It has an exceptional location for exploring the city. For exploring the city, leave your car in the garage. There is an excellent Taxi stand right in front of the hotel and a few meters to the right. Rating should be no more than 3 stars at best. The place is very dated and while being clean, it is also worn and tired. The lobby is a good example. They use plastic mattress covers under the linens, so you will hear the noise it makes when you move, and you will sweat and or get chilled as a result. So for me sleeping was not good enough. |

Centrally located. Had trouble finding it when entering Jerez. It seemed that all the other hotels in the area were clearly sign posted throughout the city streets. |

Lo céntrico que está de las zonas de compra Las vistas de la habitación. Daban a un patio interior con un tubo gigante, creo que de las cocinas. No entraba claridad ninguna |

Surrounded by lush gardens, this hotel offers a wide range of facilities to help you relax beneath the Andalusian sunshine. From it you can also visit the sights of ancient Jerez. |
Originally the María Auxiliadora Convent, the Barceló Jerez hotel has been carefully restored and renovated into an impressive property displaying the fine architecture of the nineteenth century. |
Newly renovated and well situated in a residential area of Jerez just 15 minutes from glorious beaches, this elegant hotel has a fantastic outdoor pool and sauna. |
Occupying one of the most prestigious locations in Jerez and surrounded by neat gardens, this emblematic hotel is the perfect venue for a break in this traditional Andalusian city. |
