Comfortable room and pleasant pool area. Poor location on side of busy and noisy road. Hotel was about to be fully booked for a wedding and the gardens were constantly being mowed, leaves blown, edges strimmed etc etc. At one point we counted 7 machines being used simultaneously- hotel is used as a training ground for catering and maintance staff. In restaurant too gurests are used as very expensive guinea-pigs! Dinner was poor but served by a delightful if inexperienced waiter so it seemed churlish to complain.We booked for 4 days but checked out after 2 when there was nowhere even vaguely peaceful to enjoy some rest-time- our room had not been serviced at 3pm and we felt completely cheated in our expectations. |

convienient, location and friendly staff. very nice rooms and affordably priced, with a good breakfast included. I think it is a shame that there are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms or available elsewhere, if you return late or during the winter months,the bar is not easily accesible, a pot of coffee somewhere would be welcome. |

The quietness and cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfasts were inviting and plentiful. It was unlike most other hotels in that it didn't just cater for tourists. We took the half board and the choice of food was not enough. Also, the ambience of the dining room was poor. It is a very modern hotel and there wasn't enough warmth in the restaurant. Also the choice of music was not particularly good. |

The hotel itself is lovely - rooms stunning and always spotless. The pool area is very relaxing and very quiet. There appears to be little or no service - the outside bar was never open and rubbish left there on the tables was left all week ! Breakfast was OK but as the coffee was undrinkable (in my opinion) I took my own instant coffee and getting hot water out of the staff was a job in itself ! You could not get a hot or cold drink during the day - both bars closed and not vending machine or alternative, althought he mini bar did have water and Coke. We had stayed there when it first opened and understand that it is a training hotel but it was no better this time. No atmosphere at all - nobody used the bar as you were never sure when/if it was open as it was not manned. All very odd - but we kind of knew it would probably be like that - will use ag |

Could not fault our stay at this hotel. Excellent all round service, value for money and very clean. Will definitely return next year. Vegetarian menu is definitely needed. Many British are vegetarian and would then eat at hotel rather than out at restaurant. . |

Was a very nice experience. People were very friendly and the room very clean. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if I'll be in the area. I missed the internet connection in the room and the few tv channels as an option. Also was very difficult to find the hotel because the street is new and not in the navigator. They should provide the satellite location (longitudinal & latitudinal). |

Cleanliness. The reception crew tried their best although there were huge languagebarriers. The hotel feels like its meant for Spanish people and mostly traveling businessmen. The crew hardly speaks english at all and they seemed annoyed by the people on vacation from abroad. |

The unusual design of the hotel. Excellent food at very competitive prices. Polite courteous service. Service was hit and miss for example toilet rolls and mini bar items were not replaced daily and had to be requested. We were left to our own devices in the restaurant without menus or wine lists and then asked for our order! |
