Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Although I was only using the hotel to visit friends in La Cala, it was very comfortable and I could not find fault with anything. |

Just a room and a bed Not comfortable Hotel. Only one seat in the room, very Low Bew so coundn't realy use as a seat. Power Failure, so lifts were out andf I was on the sixth floor. No room service |

the village it was located in and the proximatey to the beach food very poor undercooked chicken all inclusive during the day bar was on the first floor quite a way from the pool unable to get soft drinks during the day as the pool bar was closed |

felt very welcome on arrival,. room was as described on line.nightly entertainment was very pleasent. hot chocolate was delicious. at times is was difficult to communicate with the staff in dinning room language barrier |

we stayed 17-24 sept.weather excellent. hotel staff v.friendly & helpful. Hotel v.modern &clean. Pool not for swimming but an occasional cool off but very safe for kids. Lots of activities though we didn,t partake much.Breakfast choice was v.good and extensive but( self service) layout was confusing on first morning. |

Seaside,beach,sand,location,silence,easy access to a7 highway,walking distance to the towncenter,close to Marbella and Malaga airport. Fee for carpark, Breakfast is canteen standart as factory. Actually hotel looks like a employee resting facility. Swiming pool is a Pond!! , Beach is not belongs the hotel,8 euros for chair. |

This was my second time staying at the hotel. I liked the friendly atmosphere and the good service. Unfortunately my room was located over the bar and I found it very noisy. I also found that some young guests were causing a lot of noise late at night. |

Staff was very professionel but accormodations was just not good enough for this hotel to have a 4 star rating. The cleaning of the rooms and the rooms in general was definitely not up to standards of european 4 star hotels. The hotel location at the beach allmost makes it up for the lacking stars but hotel is too expensive and therefore I can not recommend this hotel. |

The location, right on the beach, and the all inclusive drinks option. The evening menu was repetitive and lacked imagination. The restaurant felt like eating "school meals". There are insufficient sunbeds at busy times and we had to resort to hiring sunbeds on the beach. Not really up to 4 star standard. |

nice view to the beach and swimming pool, nice facilities, very confortable, nice wc the quality of the breakfast, they have english breakfast and other things, nice varietym but somethings simply have no quality, and dont taste good (example: the mixed eggs). |

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help, as i was travelling alone, one thing i missed was the shop for a morning paper to read over breakfast, i know it's January and it's not very busy but even open for a hour each morning, anyway the rest of my stay in the Hotel was great. |

The food and cleansiness of the hotel were excellent There was no entertainment and on Christmas eve the bars closed at 22.00 hours so we couldn't even see in Christmas with a drink.Apart from one dart board and pool table all we could do all over Christmas was entertain ourselves with playing cards. |
