Sehr gute Lage,schön ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Comfort(Whirlpool).Man ist in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Ein Hotel dieser Klasse sollte kostenlosen Zugriff ins Internet anbieten. |

I've tried the rest, this is the best. I used to stay here years ago and it was good then, but it's had a refurbishment and now even better. Okay a little pricey, but try for a deal (like Booking.com!); 25€ upgrade to junior suite was well worth it. For me, it's a little dose of luxury in my work travels. Love the views, the food, the room, the staff, the room service (24 hours)..stop me someone! Perfection would be tea/coffee facilities in the room, but you can always get it at the bar or on room service. Also movies on the tv would be good. Niggles really. |

Nice hard bed, good views and great location Not made to feel welcome when checked in, bar was hardly open, only 2 receptionist made us feel welcome out of about 5. Would rate this hotel as a 4* as it is definatley not a 5* and could not fathom why it was awarded 5* |

Disappointed more with booking.com for not informing the hotel about the upgrade to a suite as stated on their confirmation. The swimming pool and gym are not my idea of 5 star when all the people of A Coruna seem to be using the facilities. |

Beautiful and excellent location near the harbour promenade, the old quarter of town and the shopping district. Very good sports facilities. Classy, comfortable rooms. Worth the price. |

A nice hotel, good value for money We had some issues when arriving (night reception) - as they spoke no english and didn't understand we had a booking even when showing the booking mail. This misunderstanding was however resolved by the reception the next morning. I guess we where lucky they wasn't fully booked. |

spacious rooms, friendly staff, amazing dinner (roomservice: warm scampi salad with roasted pears and strawberries, baked scallops on toast with onions, excellent). Very nice bathroom with spa feeling. Great pedestrian shopping area at short walking distance (15 min). Also close (10 min), a mall with multi cine. |

it is a wonderful hotel, the breakfast is the most amazing I have ever had, the rooms have jacuzi and the price value is top. The restaurant is also nice with experimental cuisine. It has been the second time and contrasting to the first time, there was no complimentary glass of cava.. I even agreed to take on their offer to change to a suite paying more and was surprised that the reception clerk did not think about maybe offering a glass like last time or because I even changed to a suite.. sometimes the staff is not overly "warm" though this depends on the person |

las instalaciones, esta bien pero solo bien no es un 5 estrellas de verdad la falta de informacion en la resepcon en cuanto a los servicios del hotel, fue un regalo que le hice a mis padres y por tanto no tenian porq estar al tanto de loq habia en el hotel o no y me parece fatal q un hotel de esta categoria cobre parking lo q pasa q este es el unico hotel mas o menos bien q esta en esta zona. |

La comida y la ubicacion La habitacion es muy antigua para ser un hotel 5 estrellas, el spa es compartido con la solana, no reponen los implementos del baño, te recomiendo que te lleves tu shampoo de casa. La verdad que para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas no esta en condiciones no lo recomiendo es muy caro. |

飛行機の関係で、朝９時前にホテルに到着することになってしまい、当然早すぎるのでチェックインできず、荷- 物だけ預かって頂こうと思っていました。ところが、部屋の用意が出来ているということで、すぐに部屋に入れ- ていただき大変助かりました。 |

Está céntrico y las habitaciones están bien. Tiene buena vista al puerto deportivo. ¡Ojo! los que vayan de fin de semana. Este sabado 5 de sep. había boda y la musica duró hasta las 06:30 de la mañana. No pudimos dormir. Así que en ese aspecto de las 5* le sobran por lo menos 3*. Que menos que estar insonorizados los salones. Pues ya os digo fue insoportable.... |

Ligging van het hotel t.o.v. bezienswaardigheden, restaurants, zee. Valetparking-service. Bij het inchecken kregen we een invalide-kamer toegewezen. Hebben dit wel weer kunnen omzetten in een andere kamer. De receptionist sprak slecht Engels, is in dat soort situaties zeer lastig. Service voor normale kamer wijkt sterk af t.o.v. luxere kamers. Dit uit zich al in kleine dingen als andere kwaliteit shampoo en douche, geen slippers en badmantel etc. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad - lijkt een openbaar zwembad te zijn en mist intimiteit. |
