Sehr schoenes Hotel direkt am Meer mit phantastischem Blick auf die Bucht und die Stadt. Die Fennter sind relativ niedrig und der geschlossene Teil darunter ist auch aus Glas, was ich fuer Kinder und Jugendliche etwas gefaehrlich finde. |

Good central location, On the beach with lovely sea views. Public transport outside the door. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and everything worked properly. Quiet and restful. Breakfast a bit expensive. |

Staff & ammenities were excellent. I frequently saw the Manager of the Hotel speaking to guests regarding the quality of their stay. He is very customer orientated and keen that the guests had a pleasant stay at the hotel At the end of the 1st week of my stay I received a letter in my room notifying me that I had exhausted the 600 Euro credit limit for my room and that it required paying immediately. Having stayed at other 4 & 5 Star hotels I found this request for payment halfway through my stay unusual to say the least. I don't know if it was my appearence that gave them anxiety that I would not honour my bill, but I found this letter insulting. Having looked at display in the hotel proudly displaying the letters of previous celebrity guests who have stayed the hotel, I would be very surprised if they asked the likes of the Prime Minister of Spain, Sting & Bono of U2, etc. or other dignitaries & celebrities to pay up midway through their stay |

It was conveniently located for a 2-day stopover in La Coruna. Requested parking but none provided and only public parking was 15mins walk away. Waiters were sullen and disinterested, breakfast buffet very poor. Bedroom was cramped, too hot and too noisy to open the window. |

Unfortunately my first floor room was designed for the disabled so things were placed at a low level.The walls were quite dirty and the television was a small portable.Also it was the first 4 star hotel to charge for the mini bar.Overall I was quite disappointed really~sorry. |

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Excellent location right off the beach and bay. Gorgeous view of the sea and bay. Great breakfast buffet. Very nice hotel and surroundings are just more than one can ask for, and priced reasonably. Good for family with children. We highly recommend the hotel as the best in the city. Nothing comes to mind. |

El trato de todo el personal, que además de amable, es muy eficiente. La ubicación es fantástica y las vistas espectaculares. Las bañeras, resultan incómodas tanto para baño como para ducha. |
