The hotel was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. It was an easy 20 minute walk from the bus and train stations and had good bus links to city. |

Staff were always polite & helpful, and spoke very good English. Room was quite spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast in restaurant offered reasonably wide choice for buffet/continental style menu. Interior design of hotel is really interesting and an attractive open-plan style. Hotel is well situated for airport (about 15 euros) and south-west (?) area of La Coruna. Very, very quiet (first weekend in August!). Solo traveller - would have preferred opportunity to meet others in the bar. |

Although not directly in the city centre, this hotel is well located if you arrive from the airport. Spacious rooms. Efficient and friendly staff, well acquainted in English (far above average for Spain). I realise that I'm a spoilt traveller when I complain about the fitness centre not having threadmills (they had exercise bikes, rowing machines and a good selection of weights that served me just as well). |

Very disappointing, Lamp shades in bedroom burnt, dirt mark on walls, poor service.... Hotel understaffed. Room service no one could speak english.Continental breakfast consisted of toast with butter, after complaining was served proper one. Eve of departure, left the breafkfast order outside the door at 10.00 pm to be served at 7.00am as had to catch a flight, at 7.15 had not arrived, when called reception was told that all staff left at 9.00. This is no way a 4* hotel |

Les instal·lacions i l'oferta de canals de televisió, certament molt àmplia. Durant tot el cap de setmana ens van dir que, per ser festiu, no tenien servei de manteniment, pel que no van poder arreglar determnats canals de televisió. El menjador on serveixen els esmorzars és petit i, com que l'hotel estava ple, vam haver d'esperar bastanta estona. Va ser una mica caòtic. |

Hotel facil acceso entrada a la ciudad, estaba limpio, acogedor, bastante nuevo, habitaciones limpias y la cama muy buena. En general bien. Todo correcto, si acaso el tema de aparcamiento un poco complicado en la zona, el parking es caro. |

La habitacion en general y la localizacion del hotel. Y el precio del parking. Que no tenga el desayuno incluido en la habitacion. Y que en la mayoria de los hoteles no haya wifi gratis. En este la conexion es muy cara. |
