The room was not very big, nor was the bathroom. The noise from the central ventilation system forced us to use our earplugs. The location is OK, but there is no ocean view. The restaurant has very noisy coolers and has no windows; a missed opportunity not to have used the nice hotel lobby as a restaurant (do you need a hotel lobby?). The beds are rather hard. In total not a very good experience for us |

The staff were extremely helpful and professional The restaurant was disappointing - stale bread at dinner from the breakfast service and mouldy cheese at breakfast. The staff put cereal out at dinner service uncovered, so it was likely it would be dusty or open to any insects in the night; not very appealing! |

Very close to the city centre and the seaside. The parking was full and we could not park at the hotel; although the public parking wasn't far away, the area was quite busy. |

It was close to the beach and the shops, the maid cleaned it to perfection, best thing about the hotel! yes, air con did not cool the room, the shower head kept slipping down, bath was extremly slippy, extractor in bathroom was not working, also there was huge noise factor as the building in front was going through a major facelift which made it difficult to sleep especially when they started at 5 in the morning! |

el personal del hotel en general, la situacion, y la grata sorpresa al entrar en las habitaciones, muy confortables, modernas, nuevas la vista del hotel a la Agencia Tributaria, pero no es culpa del hotel... y quizas que se escuchaba relativamente pronto a las camareras de pisos, mas bien el aspirador |

Buena situación, al lado de las playas de Orzán y de Riazor y a un paseo del centro de A Coruña. Estilo moderno y cuidado, buena relación calidad-precio. Como es céntrico las calles que lo rodean son a veces un poco ruidosas. |

Lo bien situado que está y lo amable que ha sido todo el personal. Llevo yendo desde que se inauguró y creo que habría que renovar un poco el tema de colchas, etc. El hotel está muy bien pero empieza a envejecer. |

Muy buena ubicacion, habitaciones comodas, y todas exteriores. No me limpiaron la habitacion porque parece ser que a las 3 de la tarde se quedan sin personal de limpieza. Me parece inaudito que en uin 4 estrellas no te limpien la habitacion , solo me trajero mas gel y una toalla limpia porque yo lo pedi, ni se llevaron las sucias.Solo por este motivo quede a disguto con el Hotel y no volveré. |
