Cancellation
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 3.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

If you arrive outside of these hours your keys will be located in the key lock box which can be found on the left hand side of the Resort La Manga office.
To access the keys guests must enter the last 5 digits of the online booking number or the last 5 digits of the Resort La Manga booking reference followed by the # key, then turn key to open. Inside the key lock box will be a named envelope with directions to the property and the keys.
A valid credit card and photo ID are required at check-in. These must also be presented the next working day if arriving outside reception hours.
In order to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will charge a deposit to the credit card provided during the booking process. This will be fully refunded once the condition of the apartment has been approved.

Very comfortable, 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, sitting room, kitchen and terrace. Very pleasant views of the port. Modern, comfortable building which is in good condition. Good sized swimming pool. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. If you want peace and quiet, area is perfect. Less than 5 minutes to nearest beaches. Large supermarket beside building. Area around apartment is very quiet with 2 bars and one restaurant. Port has lots of bars/restaurant but its a 25 min. walk (5 mins. in car). Advantage is that area is quiet and relaxing, its just something to be aware of. |

The view overlooking the marina was magnificent, it was quiet and peaceful with all amenities at hand. Clean beaches and the Condor restaurant by the harbour is definately worth a visit, Minimal sunshine on the balcony |

Dit zijn slechts app. zonder service maar zeer goed gelegen bij de haven .Heel netjes . Toch ver in de Manga , telkens minstens 15 km heen en terug om een excursie te beginnen . Nu rustig , in de zomer niet te doen , zgt men mij .Alle faciliteiten zijn dichtbij . |

Que es un apartamento amplio, con dos baños, muy completo, y las vistas al puerto preciosas. Que está al final de la Manga, y para salir de ella tardábamos 25 minutos. |

El apartamento en general, todo muy bonito y comodo. El tema del calefactor de agua, un día se apago y no tuvimos agua caliente en toda la mañana, además se filtraba el agua. |

El equipamiento del apartamento, su superficie y emplazamiento. Por comentar algo: no funcionaba correctamente la televisión y el diferencial del cuadro eléctrico saltaba con facilidad. |
