All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Reception opening times are as follows:
Winter:
10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Saturday
Summer (June - September):
10:00 - 20:00 Monday to Saturday.
10:00 - 18:00 Sunday
If you arrive outside of these hours your keys will be located in the key lock box which can be found on the left-hand-side of the Resort la Manga office.
To access the keys, guests must ensure they bring their booking number, issued by this site.
A valid credit card and photo ID are required at check-in. These must be shown the following working day should guests arrive outside reception hours.
In order to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will charge a deposit to the credit card provided during the booking process. This will be fully refunded once the condition of the apartment has been approved.

Security was good with underground carparking and close to the beach. Nice swimming pool complex. We were on the first floor, overlooking scrubland and our bedroom window on that side did not lock, but in all fairness the rental company sent someone to repair it within 24 hours. Noisy at nightimes as some families did not adhere to the noise restrictions. The apartment could have been cleaner, as we found three pieces of glass on the floor, and the hob not cleaned properly. The area the hotel was situated in seemed a bit run down. |

The apartment in Verdermar 3 was comfortable enough which resulted in both my young children enjoying the stay there. The staff in La Manga Resort were very organised and helpful. The distance of the office from the flat could become a pain for someone who does not have a car there. Also, it would be helpful to have two sets of keys to the flat. |

excellent customer service attitude, good location, appartman equipment above expectations, roof terrace very pleasant no complaints. what could be improved in the appartman-house is the pool services: no sunbeds were available so people were lying on the ground, the underground garage could be cleaned from time to time |

The apartment was very beautiful, as was the pool and grounds. Very well kept. Unfortunately we had trouble with hot water and a fuse blowing out-but the staff was kind enough to give us a night for free due to this inconvenience. The beach in front is not even close to as beautiful as the actually seasite beach about a km away on the strip. |

Era un apartamento espacioso y bien dotado. Estaba todo en muy buen estado, casi nuevo. Los alrededores apenas tienen servicios: sólo un supermercado y un par de bares restaurantes y el de la playa estaba cerrado. La playa no tiene apenas arena aunque era excelente para los niños. |

La habitación más calurosa no tiene aire acondicionado. Dado que sólo fuimos dos no fue importante pero los que vayan 4 pasarán mucho calor. En el garaje como esté lleno es imposible guardar un coche grande. |

hay muxa tranquilidad, el apartamento tiene todo tipo de comodidades. playa muy cerca, deportes acuaticos al alcance la cama deberia ser de matrimonio y no dos camas, hay poca fiesta en la zona aquella, muxa gente mayor por la zona, pocos servicios en la urbanizacion donde esta ubicado,no tiene servicio de limpieza incluido ya que no es un apartahotel sino un apartamento gestionado por una agencia |

Apartamento bien equipafo. Tele con dvd, aa.cc. Sillas playa, pendedero, etc. La piscina interior no está en funcionamiento en ninguna época del año, tampoco la sauna y el spa no funcionaba. Comentarios de principios de año tambien ponia que no funcionaba piscina interior ni sauna. |

El apartamento es muy amplio y está dentro de una urbanización privada donde hay propietarios de apartamentos , está situado muy cerca de la playa, y en una zona tranquila. El tener un solo juego de llaves cuando hay varias personas es poco. La recogida y entrega de llaves se hace en las oficinas de la agencia situada en otra zona (a 5 minutos en coche) |

Si tratta di un appartamento super accessoriato, dotato di tutti i comfort, ubicato in ottima posizione in Playa Honda per potersi godere il mare. Essendo in 6 abbiamo apprezzatto i comfort delle tre camere e dei 2 bagni a disposizione. E' stato assolutamente positivo. Forse l'unica cosa da poter migliorare è la possibilità di poter disporre di almeno un'altro kit di chiavi visto che l'agenzia ne ha consegnato solo 1. |

Las instalaciones comunes del apartamento. No ofrece servicio de limpiezaa pesar de que al reservar me informaron de que había limpieza una vez por semana. No atienden cuando se presenta alguna reclamación para que solucionen algún problema. |

la verdad es que no me ha gustado nada. no me ha gustado nada que la casa estuviera toda sucia,y tuvieramos que limpiar muchisimo nada mas llegar cansados del viaje,tampoco que estuviera l casa que se cayera a cachos,que luego a demas tienes algun problema y la agencia no te ayuda en absoluto y se lavan las manos,ademas nos quedamos sin agua caliene 2 dias!!y sin contar la plaza de garaje que la llave no funcionaba y nos tenian que abrir vecinos y en la plaza estaba ocupada pos cosas del propietario y nos araño el coche,pero segun la agencia..eso no era un problema! a demas las camas incomodas las almohadas destrozadas..la piscina rota el jacuzzi ni contarlo...y el gimnasio absolutamente destrozado!!no funcionaba ni una sola maquina...no volveria ni aunque me lo regalaran |

Esta muy cera de la playa, piscina , garaje y gimnasio disponibles en la misma urbanizacion . Un poco ruidoso por las noches pues hay unas instalaciones comunes donde tienen todas las ventanas de los dormitorios y algunas noches los vecinos se quedaban hasta tarde y no dejaban decansar hasta tarde. |

Wij vonden het appartement zeer comfortabel. Wij verbleven op het gelijkvloers. Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Het enige minder positief is dat het appartement niet zo goed geisolleerd is, doordat wij het lawaai van de spelende kinderen s'avonds laat konden horen. |
