It was a convenient location, for travelling to Tarragona, Barcelona, and a nice resort While there was some nice staff the majority were cold and unfriendly, both in the restaurant and reception with quite poor english |

La cercanía del Spa Aquum, y la honradez de la señora de limpieza, me dejé el mobil encima de la cama el día que nos fuimos y lo he recuperado.....gracias El ruido de la gente hablando fuerte en los pasillos de habitaciones por la noche, aminities pobres, que el hotel no me facilitara la devolución del mobil en mi casa al ser clientes por segunda vez hubiera sido un buen gesto por parte de la dirección, a pesar de todo gracias. |

Il est agréable de se promener dans les grandes espaces,très bien entretenus; aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Manque d'espace de parking pour les voitures le weekend |

la explicación de bienvenida en recepción. El coctail, las instalaciones, el buffet, todo en general está por encima de las espectativas. Todo correcto, tal vez el precio de la botella de agua de 1 litro en la cena 4,5 € la botella un poco caro. |

El todo incluído está muy bien. La comida es muy aceptable incluso la variedad. Poder usar el gym fue fantastico. Los camareros muy muy simpaticos y serviciales. Sensación de relax, calma, no prisas...... No me han gustado las toallas, son de pena. Tampoco me ha gustado el colchon, era horrible. No habia papelera en la habitación. El Wifi y la conexion a Internet carísimo ?¿¿??... |

Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, buffets variés et abondants, animations tous les soirs, proximité de la plage, proximité de Port Aventura, personnel suffisant et aimable. Clientèle calme à cette époque de l'année. Achat obligatoire d'une boisson au repas, les murs et portes des chambres transparentent au bruit ! |

El personal fue correcto y nos mostró hasta dos habitaciones más tras mostrar nuestro descontento (la primera olía mucho a tabaco, a pesar de ser un hotel de no fumadores; la segunda no tenía casi luz y la terraza daba al tejado del comedor) No da sensación de limpieza (p.e.: la moqueta del pasillo está llena de manchas, la rejilla del aire acondicionado de la habitación tenía manchas negras de moho y algunos rincones del baño estaban bastante olvidados...) |

Las instalaciones que posee, la cercanía a la playa, al acuópolis y al port aventura. El complejo entero es una pasada, muy bonito y muy bien cuidado. Las normas y horarios, pero ya lo sabía y hay que aceptarlas. |
