Quiet and clean. The room was smaller than I am used to for that price. |

Good central location and price. Very pathetic pressure from the shower - not what I would expect from a hotel of this type. |

Great staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. I had requested a room with two beds, as I was travelling with my daughter. Upon arriving, they only had a room with one full size bed and they had no other options. I would have to say, the floors at this hotel are very hard! However, the staff were able to find a suitable room for the remainder of my stay and they were very accomodating to my needs there after. |

The location was great, next to the old town, the room and hotel are well maintain, you can walk to all touristic locations from this location, staff is friendly and speaks English and French. Watch for pick-pocket at high density locations like La Ramblas and / or peoples grouping to see outdoor attraction like a band on the side walk. |

The room was very small, but also very clean. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful with just one exception. I wouldn't say it was a true 4 star, but it was close to almost everything we wanted to see in Barcelona. I'd probably try another hotel next time. Breakfast was too expensive. The room was very hot during the day, although it wasn't hot outside. |

The staff was OK. Congratulations for Sergio from front desk. But the hotel, it's far away from 4 stars. Maybe 3 stars maximum and that only if you are in the good mood. They should make the rooms a little bigger than 12 sqm. |

The hotel was quite satisfactory. although the guidance we received from the staff was sometimes too misleading (regarding transport fares, and the Flamenco show was far from justifying its cost!!!) |

Very central location, close to las ramblas, the gothic region and the seafront. Good selection at the buffet breakfast. Room 206 has two balconies. The road which it is on is a busy road so expect traffic noise. |

Comfortable hotel between the two most facinating borrows; barri gotic and El Born. Rooms are not too large but large enough for a city trip. |

Great location. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood a bit noisy during the evening with local traffic and service vehicles. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would book it again. Good breakfast. |

it's very well located, just close to city center and close to the port, so the location is perfect. The bathroom was too old for a 4 stars hotel and the room was really small; regarding to the facilities it's not really a hotel which I'm going to recommend |

Nice and friendly staff. Very good location. Noisy and very small rooms. The hotel deserves max 3 stars (under no circumstances it deserves 4 stars). Overpriced. |

I was a little concerned about booking this hotel after reading the reviews so I specifically requested a nice quiet room - which we did get! The hotel is in an ideal location, clean and good value. The only complaint would be the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room but this seems to be the norm now. |
