Beauty of hotel. Oviedo is a very lovely and clean town. We wish we had more time to spend there. Room was very hot. Although we had individual thermostats it did not feel that we had control. Restaurant was empty, food was good and obviously service was attentive! It would have been nice if restaurant had opened earlier - 9 p.m. on a weekday seems late. |

Very friendly welcome and extremely helpful staff at desk. Went to great lengths to accommodate my husband's dietary requirements and were genuinely keen to ensure that our stay in their hotel and in Oviedo itself was enjoyable |

Nearly everything was very good For a hotel that prides itself on its excellence, we were disappointed by some of the food. It is quite unacceptable for a 5 star hotel to serve second quality vegetables - for so they seemed at dinner on Monday evening.
