The stuff was nice, with a very warm welcome. The room was small but alright, it was clean, not noisy even though this hotel is on a main street. we liked the modest athmosphere. the price was worth of what we had in the hotel. If the room would be a bit bigger, we would like it more. |

The staff at the reservation desk, one man in particular, couldn't have been more helpful. We were offered maps and suggestions on what places to visit during our two day stay in Granada. Great location, only a stones throw from the centre of the city and right across the road from an El Corte Ingles department store. |

Hotel is centrally located. Room was very clean and front desk personnel extremely friendly. Garage parking was available very close- by at a very reasonable rate. Coffee shop selection was disapointing but many restaurants nearby. |

It was small and cosy, in an excellent position downtown, near shopping and restaurants and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were first class and the beds were very comfortable. |

the hotel was conveniantly situated.The hotel manager was extremely friendly and helpful. And the whole place (city) was very nice Only complaint was the noise in the front rooms |

It was small friendly and gave excellent value for money. Most particularly thugh was their attitude when my handbag was stolen in the town centre. the manager was really sweet about it, calmed me down, took a copy of my police statement so that he could follow up the case after I left-and even went to the bank machine with me so that i could feel safe when drawing out some emergency cash. |

Hotel was very clean and rooms are to a good standard. Showers are excellent. Good location and does have a car park very close to hotel. Staff excellent and a very nice cafe as part of the hotel. |

Clean room and helpful hoster. There is also service for travel package. We don't have chance to park in hotel parking because it's full. We spent 18 euro for parking in the neighborhood. |

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. That is the one thing that I'll remember most fondly. The place is beautiful and comfortalbe.....old world charm with all modern conveniences. Loved it! I can not think of a single bad thing to say....I wish we could have stayed longer. |
