Wonderful interior of commom areas and our room. Located just behind cathedral. Very nice restaurant inside. Breakfast is 5 Euro but it is best You can get for that price, when I compare to other hotels we stayed. You got 4 or 5 kinds of croissnts and cakes, joghurt, jamon (ham), chees, fresh orange juice. Toasts and some fruits. We really enjoyed to stay in Las Cancelas |

It's a good location for seeing the sights of Avila. Do not stay at this hotel! It is unbeleivably noisy and full of cigarette smoke. Children were running wild in the halls until after 1:30 AM. The staff was rude and didn't care about our complaints at all. They also lied about when the bar closed and then denied they said it. It was a horrible experience that made us wanbt to get out of Avila as quickly as possible. Street noise was bad too. |

It's closeness to the heart of Avila, and it's closeness to the resat of the town outside the walls. It was only a 15 minute walk to the estacion (ReNFe). The smiling member of staff who served my breakfast, (and she was an Italian.) I think for English, non Spanish speaking guests, some prior warning about the lack of English amongst all the hotel staff (save one, and she was Romanian!) might have been useful, but my Spanish improved quickly. |

Good location for access to city on foot. Car park on site. Even though I struggle with Spanish language and the staff spoke very limted english, they were most helpful and there we no problems. Breakfast very limted choice |

Lo céntrico que está ciudad. Perfecto para visitar la ciudad Las habitaciones no están minimamente insonorizadas y se escucha al resto de los huéspedes, incluso cuando van al cuarto de baño, para hacer sus necesidades. Las habitaciones no tienen minibar. |

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, dentro de la muralla , junto a la catedral y a las principales zonas comerciales.El patio castellano que se utiliza como comedor es muy bonito.La ciudad de Ávila es preciosa y merece una visita con tiempo. |
