Die Lage zur Innenstadt (für die meisten Besucher sicherlich die Nähe zur Kathedrale - etwa 5 min Fussmarsch), eine angenehme, ruhige Atmospäre, kein Lärm von aussen zu hören, jedoch befindet man sich, sobald man das Hotel verlässt, an einem der Haupttreffpunkte des nächtlichen Sevilla. Mein Zimmer hatte ein Fenster zum überdachten Innenhof, musste also ständig mit Vorhängen verschlossen sein. Der Preis für das kleine Frühstücksbuffet ist sicherlich überteuert, ich habe am 2. Tag ausserhalb des Hotels gefrühstückt. |

Ich war hier im April-o8 und kam wiederholt jetzt - im Oktober. Und ueberzeugte mich,dass dies mein Hotel in Sevilla ist - auch fuer meine naechste Reisen nach Andalusia. Auch meine Freunden,die ich diesmal mit sich brachte (Zimmer 202 ), waren sehr zufrieden. In der Wanne muss doch ein kleines Gummitepch sein!Es ist sehr schluepferig,wenn wir nur Dusche nehmen. Ich habe ein wenig gerutscht (Shampo!) un Ruecken verletzt. |

Ein huebsches Hotel in bester Altstadtlage mit hoteleigener Garage fuer das Mietauto was gut ist, denn es gibt kaum oeffentlichen Parkraum in der Altstadt Die Zimmer sind teilweise etwas verwohnt,aber noch ok. Manche Zimmer gehen nur zu einem Lichtschacht raus, aber zum reinen Uebernachten ok |

The car parking facility was excellent for a city location. The hotel was very central for Sevilla, so we enjoyed not having to use transportation during our stay. No, the hotel served all our needs. |

The location is fantastic. Everything is within arm's reach. Staff were helpful. We were on honeymoon and the hotel arranged champagne as a surprise for my wife. Excellent! The hotel facade isn't great... maybe its just my poor taste. Judge for yourself. We had a beautiful view of a dirty wall. However, we did look into a room as it was being cleaned and the views were amazing from its balcony. The taxi the hotel arranged for us to go to the airport ripped us off. The fee should have been 25 euros flat rate. He charged us 35 euros. |

The view of the Santa Semana processions (five of them went past our balcony) on Monday of Holy Week was quite extraordinary. It allowed my elderly parents to participate in the event without the crush of the crowd. The hotel itself is well located in the center of shopping and has a beautiful atrium crowned with a stained glass dome. Don't miss this one. |

A very pleasant hotel with excellent front of house staff. An excellent location within easy walk ( 5 minutes ) of the major sights and a wide selection of good bars and restaurants. Rooms were clean and of a good size but the carpets had generally seen better days. We did not use the restaurant eg for breakfast as we felt it was overpriced |

It's central, easy access to shops, facilities, main roads. Beautiful vistas, great, helpful staff, multi-lingual, also. Good tourist information leaflets. Wonderful ambience. Would recommend it to anyone.... |

There is public area on the 1st floor with sofas, chairs, nice setup. Hotel staff is warm and helpful. Location is good. Maybe because the hotel is old, ventilation in room is not good. Couldn't pickup internet inside my room because signal was too weak. Like some hotels, double room has 2 single beds combined together. But these beds are light on weight. So one of us who went to the middle of beds, dropped to ground in one second. :) In general, I do not dislike this hotel, but there are things can be improved. |

Staff very helpful and friendly. Location excellent. Underground carpark. It was very difficult to find, one wrong turning andyouend up driving round all of Seville's tiniest streets. |

A good hotel in a central location with courteous and patient staff. We particularly liked the very pleasant,traditional Moorish style, cool reception area. A little noisy during our stay but this was largely due to Spain winning the European Cup! The shower mounting was above the level of the splash screen causing a wet floor, bidet plug was not watertight, and the toilet seat not secure. We also felt the bathroom lacked an extractor fan. |

Location Our room did not have any daylight! Around 2:00 am it seemed there was a party going on downstairs in the lobby and the noise could be heard very clearly. Very noisy hotel. |

Very pleasant surroundings and helpful staff, room small but adequate. Very good location easy to find and close to all the points of interest. About 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral Would have liked an outside window but the choice was a quiet room or noisy open ing onto the service area behind the hotel. |
