The hotel is well placed for seafront access, about 5 minutes walk to Puerto Colon Marina. From there you can walk in either direction, along the promenade, and reach Los Cristianos or La Caleta within an hour's walk. A minor irritation, if I have to be picky, would be the price of wine or water with dinner, for those on half board. €3.70 for two small bottles of water per night totalled £74.71 during a three week stay - just for water! |

The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous, nothing was a problem. The entertainment program was excellent with a different show every night, daily activities, and mini-disco for kids most nights which our son loved. Our room was clean, including carpets which looked reasonably new. The paving around the pool was dangerously slippery and although the lifesaver tried her best, it was hard to control some of the older kids running around it, so there were falls. Keep a tight hand on little ones. |

La comida estaba bastante bien Mi pareja y yo habiamos contratado el todo incluido, nos parecio bastante mal que cuando llegamos al hotel, aproximadamete sobre las tres, no hubiera ningun lugar en el que se sirviera algo de comida cuando en el folleto que nos dieron en la entrada constaba claramente que de tres a siete habria bocadillos y demas, estoy contratando un todo incluido precisamente para no tener ese problema. |

La zona donde se encuentra. El hotel es viejo y con moqueta; no me solicitaron el DNI sino que tuve que rellenar yo misma los datos y firmar la autorización para que si alguien quisiera saber donde me encontraba poder dar dicha información. |

La piscina, y la situacion. La habitación que nos dieron, estaba pegada a la parada de taxis, los taxistas estubieron todo el dia y toda la noche hablando en voz alta (de risas y fiestas), no dejaban dormir. Habia pedido planta superior y con vista piscina si podia ser, me dieron planta inferior y con vistas al parking. De pena. |
