The staff were extremely helpful and friendly although due to short office hours there wasn't some available all the time. There are many restaurants nearby so even though there isn't a restaurant or cafe on site, you do not have far to go. Due to the fact that there were 3 of us sharing a room and it was very humid, we were in need of a fan, but unfortunately this facility wasn't available. |

I thorougly enjoyed all aspects of the hotel, especially the staff and the amenities, such as the stove, the refrigerator and the clothes washer. |

The position is excellent: very central, near to everything in the city, including Playa de Las Canteras.The staff is very kind and disponible, the receptionist provide us a map and advice about the city and the island; they also offer us the possibility to have 2keys; generally speaking it's a good plus to have the possibility to come and go freely.(Staff is in the office only few hours during the day and never in the weekend, that was not a problem to us, indeed) It's very difficult to park near the hotel (Las Palmas itself is difficult city if you have a car). As I read in some other reviews, since it's just in the centre, the streets near the hotel are a bit noisy...nothing that prevents you from sleeping anyway |

1.Really centric to everything, 2. super close to las canteras beach, 3. Good value for money considering location 4. Hotel is clean and comfortable-the cleaning lady comes to clean the room everyday except sunday can get quite noisy friday and saturday nights if your a person that likes peace and quiet. |

Very central for both city center and for the beach. Great views from rooms overlooking the park. Excellent value for money. Good fridge and kitchenette for the price. Would benefit from double-glazing as it is so central. |

Nice location in northern part of Las Palmas where is beach too. Surroundings full of restauranbts and some nice clubs too. Bus-station nearby(also to airport). Reception open very limited. Also sometimes not open as it should be. |

Lo mejor es la comodidad de poder cocinar en el apartamento, hacer la compra sale muy económico en la isla. Faltaban algunos pequeños detalles, como una cafetera, pero en cuanto lo pedimos nos facilitaron una. El hotel está situado en un parque donde habitualmente hay mala gente, y mucha vigilancia policial. A parte de esto, las instalaciones estan muy degradadas, el hotel necesita una reforma urgente. Limpieza mejorable. A veces es mejor pagar un poco más por un alojamiento de una calidad aceptable. |

vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede locatie, goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding Op twee van de 5 dagen was het schoonmaakpersoneel vrij (vernomen van manager) waardoor kamers niet werden schoongemaakt en beddengoed/handdoeken niet werden vervangen. Volgens mij mogen gasten nooit de dupe zijn van het personeelsbeleid van een hotel. Maw dagelijks schoonmaken, dagelijks beddengoed/handdoeken vervangen |

Nähe zum Meer, Strandpromenade in der Hauptstadt, umgeben von Geschäften, Haltestellen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, etc. Es gibt überhaupt keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Automieter, die vom Flughafen dorthin fahren, erleben ihr blauers Wunder. Mehr als eine Stunde Parkplatzsuche. Man ist gezwungen weit weg zu parken, um dann mit dem Taxi oder Bus zum Hotel zu fahren. Das ist furchtbar! |

la ubicación es perfecta para ir a cualquier sitio, ya que está muy bien comunicado y cerca de las tiendas y la playa. Las vistas desde la habitación son preciosas y la habitación está muy correcta. Creo que unas cortinas opacas para evitar la entrada de luz serían perfectas. Y ya de paso ¿unas ventanas que insonoricen algo? el ruido los fines de semana se hace notar... |

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue agradable, el personal es muy amable y las instalaciones limpias. Lo que más me ha gustado probablemente es ubicación, está cerca de la playa de las canteras y también de la estación de autobuses. Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes en la zona, genial. La ventana del baño no se podía cerrar y por la noche hacía viento. |

La proximité de la mer et la liberté: on rentre quand on veut, on garde les clés avec soi et les laisse dans une boite aux lettres le jour du départ Les serviettes de bain sont propres mais avec une forte odeur dhumidité, c'est dérangeant |
