Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
70 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.

Restaurant Las Canteras: buffet breakfast is served and the restaurant has an à la carte service and board with a variety of menus.

Alfredo Krauss auditorium can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and provides an interesting and varied cultural offer.
Seaside station “Jet-Foil”, with sporting dock and Las Alcaravaneras beach: 15 minutes on foot.

The rooms were impeccably cleaned every day, and it was quiet, no noice from the surrounding streets. They were newly renovated and the bathrooms were comfortable. The location of the hotel was good in relation to the beach as well as Las Palmas,city. All in all good value for money. The breakfast was just acceptable, no fresh juices, and no variety, every day the same. The staff were friendly and polite, but were surprisingly ignorant about services offered in the city and not able to help. I asked about bus connections, bike rentals, etc., every time being referred to the Ayuntamento (tourist office). I thus advice guests to do their homework..;-) |

the hotel is very central to beach ,shopping centres ,and excellent places to eat snacks and full meals. the hotel was clean and comfortable . This is my 5th time staying at this hotel since 2002 |

One important item was its very friendly manager and staff (specially the receptionists and restaurant's staff); its manager was in touch with the guests and they were so helpful and polite and did everything they could for us. The hotel is near to beach (2 min by walk) and shopping centers (10 min by walk). It's better to know its address well nevertheless you may lost easily because this hotel is not near to the main streets. The street that hotel is in, is a bit crowded. If it had an specific beach of course it was better! Considering all advantages this hotel has value for money and I recommend staying there for who want to have enjoyable time with not too much payment. |

I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is only a few meters from promenade and beach. published free wirless services are only available in the lobby area and not through out the hotel, they have no room service and very limited television channels. Once the resturant closed only food service is local pubs or resturants |

Sentralt, greit, rett ved stranda. Pent og rent, uten luksus. Kjøleskap og TV på hvert rom. Nydelig frokost. Veldig hyggelige og service-innstilt hotellpersonale. Vannkoker og kaffepulver/kopper på hvert rom!Og bedre middag - den var ikke bra... Kanskje bedre da å ikke ha middag? |

Het begrip rolstoeltoegankelijk is nogal ruim, de douche was "roll-inn" maar de doorgang was erg smal, met een beetje brede stoel was de douche dan ook niet te bereiken. |

Le personnel est à votre disposition, l'hôtel est bien situé, la mer est à 100 mètres et les promenades le long de celle-ci tellement agréable. Insonorisation des chambres, frigo vide. |

Hôtel comme neuf.Grande chambre clim,frigo,coffre. Belle salle de bain baignoire/douche,sêche cheuveux, robinetterie de qualité neuve.Bonne literie.Tout est carrelé.Belle décoration par tableaux .Bon restaurant copieux et pas cher. Dommage que cet Hôtel ne soit pas directement au bord de mer mais légèrement en retrait.Grande diffilcuté à stationner gratuitement.Un parking payant se trouve à 300m. Très cher (29 Euros la nuit) |

Matka-aikataulustamme johtuen jouduimme tulemaan hotelliin jo ennen sisäänkirjoitusaikaa. Saimme huoneen hyvin etuajassa ja palvelu oli ystävällisen ymmärtäväistä. Meluisa ympäristö haittasi nukkumista huomattavasti. |
