The hotel was very clean and modern and was very close to both beach and shopping area. The room we stayed in for the first two nights was very noisy but when we asked to be changed got a very nice room on tenth floor. The beds were very very uncomfortable....it was like lyning on a board. I also thought it was very commercial and not geared to holiday makers. |

Pool-avdelingen var bra, ellers var det meste en nedtur. At dette skal være et fem-stjerners hotell er en vits - totalinntrykket tilsier heller tre stjerner. Rom og korridorer gir et loslitt inntrykk, mens de fellesarealene som er oppgradert de siste ti-femten årene har fått et design som er så ukoselig som tenkes kan: Lobbyen, for eksempel, ligner mest på inngangshallen til et krematorium eller kraftstasjon. Dørvaktene er uniformert, slik det skal og bør være på et luksushotell, men uniformene er ganske selsomme: Sorte T-skjorter som gjør at personalet ligner på "torpedoer" eller utkastere på tredjeklasses buler. Resepsjonen har vanskeligheter med å ordne ting, og kan f.eks. ikke si noe som helst om det finnes organiserte utflukter fra La mas. Det er tydelig at hotellet ikke har bygget opp noe serviceapparat selv, men har latt reisearrangører gjøre jobben. Engelskkunnskapene er meget mangelfulle. Mangelfulle systemer, både organisasjonsmessig og teknisk: Lang ventetid på altfor få heiser vidner om dårlige dataprogrammer, hulter-til bulter-fakturering likeså. Rommene på baksiden av hotellet, de som Booking.com gav oss et megt godt tilbud på, er meget støyutsatte: Rett ut mot et par bymotorveier og Spanias største havn, hvor det håndteres 380.000 containere i året - og et flertall av dem gikk i bakken, følte vi. |

La ubicación. Ideal para ir a la playa, comer en las terrazas de los restaurantes, caminar por el paseo marítimo o para hacer footing. Y para ir de compras por las tiendas cercanas. |

La situation Tout juste un 3 étoiles pas plus! Ce qui m'a le plus choquée c'est que les serviettes de bain étaient déchirées; le petit déjeuner quelconque, à 9h 30 il n'y avait plus de pain et ils n'en n'ont pas rajouté, alors qu'il est prévu un service jusqu'à 11h. |

Utrolig blide og servicemindede personer overalt i hotellet. En svært god spa avdeling med ekstraordinær god massør. perfekt beliggenhet ift resturanter, shopping og strand. |
