Excellent location next to bus station and next to park. The hotel is no beauty from the outside but the rooms are very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. No non-smoking rooms! |

Near to old town giving easy access to local entertainment and airport as well as access to more distant areas by convenient local buses. The room and bathroom were large compared to hotels charging a similar rate in the UK. Breakfast gave a good choice of Spanish and more UK type food |

Location close to the main bus station in Las Palmas (only 20 mins from the airport) and the city's most interesting places to see in Vegueta and Triana districts; good breakfast (and music played in the restaurant). |

Friendly staff. Located within a two mins walk of the Gua Guas Bus Terminal (connection to the airport bus number 60). Very good buffet selection for breakfast and choice of three evening dishes served with complimentary glass of wine. Hotel well located within the city for tourism attractions and shopping/markets/beaches. |

Very good access for the Public Buses(Airport or City center and so on). The room was very clean and more wide that we imagined. Internet Access(Wi-fi) was easy and very good. According to the information, it was written that they do the Airport pick-up service but in fact "NO". I expected this service so I wrote E-mail but received NO responce. That was the only (-) point for me. |

The hotel is very close to the bus station which is very convenient if you use the public transport to travel around the island. The restaurant is on the top floor so one can get lovely views of the old town and the sea. The hotel is a good value for money. The rooms could be improved by adding some colour and changing the ceiling in the bathroom. |

Close to old city, which also felt like the center of local nightlife and gastronomy. A recommendation to those who wish to see the authentic face of Las Palmas, not only touristic zones. Close to central bus station -easy to get the connection to airport or any location at Gran Canaria. |

Its location and pleasant staff on reception Poor chambermaid and maintenance service. (struggle to get soap and toilet roll replacement and refridgerator repaired) They also asked for full payment on arrival (refused) and said you had not given them details of my need for a balcony or any credit card details - just a fax saying we we arriving. |
