Friendly and helpful staff, novel and attractive design, spacious rooms with air-conditioning, central situation, ample breakfast with good choice of dishes. Only one minor criticism, the lights in the rooms were not conveniently situated, so that, for example, the light was behind anyone looking in the bathroom mirror and some way from anyone trying to sit on the sofa and read. |

An average city hotel with an above average staff and unique rooms. Very clean, superior location for exploring Madrid on foot. Cafes, bars, clubs and restaurants within a moment's walk. |

The front desk staff were really brilliant, they spoke perfect English and I also heard him speaking French to someone else. He gave us advice and reccomendations. The decor of the hotel is funky. |

Very helpful staff, rooms decorated with "personality" , rich and healthy breakfast I didnt like the lack of communal areas in the hotel such as tv room, cafe, restaurant. I didnt also like the fact that out of the rooms it was quite cold because it was no heating in the corridors, the elevator e.t.c. |

Very nice room (duplex). Nice & fresh decorated (not like other dusty old hotels). Very good staff, helpfull and good knowledge of english. Nice breakfast. Central location to visit the city! We loved it! No bath. |

The staff was great. The rooms were very comfortable & hip. Very central when using metro. I loved that breakfast was served until like 11:30am. Very helpful when you stay in Madrid. |

Cool, friendly vibe. Great breakfast. Interesting decor. Good value. Bed pushed against wall required shimmying in and out and no night stand. Though location within city is very good, the immediate block or two could use some clean up. |
