Excellent situation once we found it (see below) right in the centre of the town and only yards from the beach. The food was good and we were able to enjoy a great 6 course lunch put on for the annual September festival. The staff on reception were really friendly and helpful. Although it has been taken over by the Aisia hotel chain there were no signs in the town directing you to it, or even on the hotel to tell you that you had found it. you need to know its old name which was Emperatriz Zita |

Reception staff were helpful and friendly and the evening meal in the restaurant was great value and good quality with lovely views over the harbour. This Hotel is three star because of the spa area, it should possibly be reduced to two. I was shocked by the institutional feel of the hotel, its more like staying in an old folks home.The hotel badly needs to be refurbished. The carpet on the main stairs is threadbare. Leaving this aside, our bedroom was spacious, but badly cleaned. My bed had dirty sheets, there were black marks all across the top, the floor was not adequately cleaned and the balcony door was insulated by tissue paper stuck on by black masking tape, another guests work? I had requested a sea view but was given a side view of the park with a tiny balcony instead, which would have been fine but it had the next rooms toilet window opening out on to it( always wide open!) |

A quiet hotel,spaious room, excellent food and superb position overlooking lovely safe sandy beach. This was a stopover hotel for us prior to Bilbao ferry trip and the journey there was not easy - twisty roads & hotel difficult to find once in Leiteikio. Hotel still using former name of "Empressa Zita", which didn't help! |

Nice place, great location but difficult to find with confidence on account of sign identifying it as Zita which did not appear on our documentation, and the reference to Aisia chain only visible when you have entered the premises. As a consequence we drove past the hotel 5 times before deciding it had to be where we booked. Another UK couple did the same! Signage |

superb location in unspoiled Basque fishing village, overlooking lovely beach. Staff friendly, breakfast excellent, everything good value, and parking (at the seaside) very good value. old-fashioned, with faded grandeur, but we rather liked that! |

excellent location, overlooking the beach and harbour. Very large rooms, with good bathroom. The restaurant was excellent with the best menu del dia in Spain! The staff were well trained and very friendly. Looking in need of a complete overhaul, very dated. |

Good location with views of the beach and harbour. The Thalasotherapy session was interesting!?! The name of the hotel is not displayed on the building from the roadside and it took us ages to find it. The rooms are a little jaded and the corridors and public areas need redecorating. It is not a very friendly area of Spain and we would not recommend it, although the scenery is very beautiful. |

Beautiful location. Quiet little Basque town by the sea. Hotel well equipped for a relaxing stay. Staff were exceptionaly friendly and helpful. Swmming pool and health facilities superb. ining room excellent with a view over the harbour and the sea. Breakfast was great. Very pleasant surroundings. Lovely surroundings around the hotel to relax and have a quiet drink. Ample parking. Proximity. No. Only the fact that the website and reviews did not do the hotel and town enough justice. |

l'accueil, les repas bons et variés avec une superbe vue, la promo hôtel + thalasso + petits déjeuners compris à un prix attractif Nous avions une chambre avec 3 volets roulants, qui au moindre coup de vent faisaient du bruit ce qui pour dormir n'était pas très évident : la solution dormir avec les volets ouverts en les bloquant avec des rouleaux de papiers toilettes. Je pense que le mieux c'est de prévoir une chambre coté mer car comme ça même si l'on dort avec les volets ouverts, il n'y a pas le bruit de la route... |

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la seconde fois et nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. Le forfait avec thalasso est intéressant et permet la détente après une journée de balade aux environs (côte très belle et Bilbao). Le menu du dîner est typique de la cuisine de la région et c'est très bien et très bon ! Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux. Il faut demander une chambre avec vue sur la mer (avec supplément) |

Su ubicación, ya que está cerca del centro de lekeitio y del puerto, así como de la playa. El comedor donde desayunamos y las vistas, muy bonito. El que tenga parking gratuito también, una gran ventaja porque es difícil aparcar por el centro. La habitación y la planta donde se encontraba la habitación, están para hacer una reforma urgente. Nosotros, cogimos una oferta, 75 euros por una noche en una habitación doble, en régimen de alojamiento y desayuno y talasoterapia gratis. La talasoterapia no la disfrutamos porque estábamos de pasada por Lekeitio y queríamos ver más cosas; pero ya había leído en foros, que sus instalaciones talaso dejaban mucho que desear. Sobre la habitacion, era muy vieja; al salir nos preguntaron haber si habíamos consumido algo del minibar, y yo me sorprendí porque yo pensaba que no teníamos, vaya, ni lo vimos. Y el pasillo, a parte de que está muy viejo, olía a humedad. |

surclassement en junior suite vue sur la mer sans supplément de prix car à l'arrivée nous avons eu 1 chambre à 2 lits et nous avions réservé une chambre double avec un grand lit attention toutes leurs chambres sont à 2 lits sauf les junior suite penser à le préciser à la réservation, petit-déjeuner varié et très bon bon rapport qualité/prix pour le menu du jour au restaurant le soir, circuit spa agréble et compris dans le prix Hôtel vieillot, moquette des couloirs qui mène aux chambres tachées, propreté des chambres à revoir ( toile d'araignée derrière les rideaux, joints baignoire moisis...), mobilier à moderniser, fintion des plafonds à revoir ( cables électriques visibles au petit-déjeuner et au spa ...), personnel restauration qui sert en basket...inadmissble dans un hôtel *** |

Ubicado en el centro del pueblo. Buen desayuno con vistas al mar. Aparcamiento disponible en el hotel. Recientemente ha cambiado de nombre, con lo que no es fácil reconocer. Pasamos por delante dos veces sin saber que era el hotel que habíamos reservado. |

Lo que más me ha gustado es la comida.Muy buena. Su terraza por las vistas al mar que ofrece y su tranquilidad. El servicio de camareros del restaurante deja un poco que desear.Son un poco lentos y no reparan en las necesidades de la clientela |
