Efficiency of the staff, cleanness of the room and toilets. Easy parking. The poll is only open at 11:30 and you have to leave the room by 12:00. One of the beds was pretty worn, but provided a good sleep. |

The hotel was lovely and the pool area was just what we needed after a long drive. The resturant was a problem waited 40 minutes to get served then another 40 minutes to recieve the starter, the then carried on throughout the meal. the funny thing was when the food did arrive it was really good.it seemed the caffertia took preference over the resturant. |

Lovely pool and gardens. very comfortable rooms kitted out to high standard. 5 minutes drive from leon city centre. very efficient staff, excellent coffee. Good snack/lunch service at pool all at excellent prices. |

wifi was included, which was nice, (i think it is bad taste to charge for wifi at a nicer hotel). breakfast was pretty good (i dont usually like breakfast food). hotel was clean and quiet and there was parking for our rental car. difficult to reach without a car. |

The hotel was quiet and somehow relaxing even I saw several buses arriving with travelling tourists. People smoking in the cafeteria. |

A modern hotel situated about 5 mins drive from city centre. 'Loop' circuit public bus service available for city centre trips to see old town and cathedral. Friendly and helpful staff spoke English in varying degrees from fair to excellent. Continental breakfast of good quality. This hotel gave great value for money. At the time of our stay the swimming pools and other facilities were not yet open for the season. |

I liked the surrondings, as the hotel is set in a very quiet area 5 minutes from Leon city. I also liked the building, it looks modern and well-built. Nice and complete rooms. Excellent value for money, as there was this March promotion. Two wee inconveniences: very small dining room, so we had to queue up to 20 minutes to get breakfast (buffet breakfast, though :) and the walls of the room are way too thin, so you can hear pretty much everything that takes place in adjacent rooms. |

El hall. Reservamos una habitanción para doble. Nos dieron una con cama de matrimonio. El problema es que la habitación era pequeña para dos personas, los servicios estaban preparados para una única persona, no funcionaba la lámpara de encima de la cama y la ventana estaba rota. Mobiliario insuficiente y no en muy buen estado. No nos gustó nada desde la perspectiva calidad/precio. |

lipieza En los pasillo luces automaticas para ahorrar, fatal ,solo duran tres segundos y tienes que ir haciendo aspavientos en todo momento, colchones y colchas muy antiguos " los de mi cuartes eran mas bonitos", el zumo del hotel es de caja y de calidad justa. La decoracion bastante antigua, mas bien de un hostal o un hotel de dos estrellas, llegamos a la habitacion en pleno diciembre y no tenian puesta la calefaccion y eso que reservamos, mucho frio y despues de cuatro horas eso ni se caldeaba . |

La relación calidad-precio ha sido muy buena. Muy cómodo si tienes pensado visitar otras zonas aparte de León capital. El aparcamiento a las puertas del hotel y gratuito, con posibilidad de No, quizá las instalaciones sean un poco antiguas. |

Es un hotel con buena relación calidad precio. Estupendo para pasar una noche porque está apartado y puedes aparcar frente al hotel, pero si quieres moverte tienes que usar el coche. |
