Friendly helpful staff giving a professional service. They provided local information and were very accommodating. Good breakfast and value for money hotel. Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to others. |

We like especially the fresh beverages available when we arrived. the map of the town, offered by the 4 stars hotels, is very nice ...but not usefull. |

Very comfortable hotel. Very modern and international standard. Excellent special rate for late booking. Very convenient for El Corte Ingles and other shops. Nothing very Spanish about the hotel! |

Excellent hotel for the price, friendly helpfull staff, nice big rooms, big comfy bed, 10 min stroll to town centre, parked in street 1 block from hotel, had breakfast in cafe accross the road. Would stay again. |

The staff was extremely good and location, close to old town (ask for the Bairro Humido)! The hotel is modern. Parking is expensive but one can easily park outside in the non paying zones |

Helpful staff, spacious rooms, great value breakfast, comfy beds and pillows, very reasonable room service prices for evening meal. The cafeteria is just a small corner of the reception area only selling drinks, no food. There is nothing open on a Sunday night withing easy walking distance of the hotel so you are restricted to room-service menu which we weren't expecting (although great food and good price) |

Recent hotel, modern, rooms are nicely decorated but small. The area is fine, the Corte Ingles is just in front. Insonorisation of the rooms is a bit light towards the street, fortunately the area is quiet at night. Breakfast is varied and quite good. Price 10 euro on top. Food of the room service is not good (awful pizzas). |

The hotel is brilliant, by far the best value for money 4 star hotel I've visited. There's even a choice of pillows, for those with back pains, people with allergies, babies, etc. the staff is very friendly, the location is great, can't find anything to complain abou |

The window in the bathroom. Only one elevator in the hotel. We lived on the 7th floor, ant there was a group of people on the 4th floor, and we left on the same day at the same time. We were waiting for the elevator for half an hour, and at the end we had to use the stairs with the luggage. |
